【正文】 青島理工大學(xué)琴島學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文) I 摘 要 近年來隨著科技的飛速發(fā)展,單片機(jī)的應(yīng)用正在不斷地走向深入,同時帶動了傳統(tǒng)溫度控制領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,使溫度控制從傳統(tǒng)的采用常規(guī)的模擬調(diào)節(jié)器控制發(fā)展到以微型芯片為核心的高精度控制,使溫度控制有了質(zhì)的飛躍。在溫度控制系統(tǒng)中,單片機(jī)往往是作為核心部件來使用,它的選擇將決定儀器的總體結(jié)構(gòu),但僅單片機(jī)方面的知識是不夠的,還應(yīng)根據(jù)具體硬件結(jié)構(gòu),以及針對具體應(yīng)用對象特點(diǎn)的軟件結(jié)合,加以完善。 電冰箱是現(xiàn)代家庭中必不可少的家用電器。而目前我國市場銷售的冰箱大多采用傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械式溫控,其控制精度差,功能單一,控制方式簡單難以 滿足冰箱發(fā)展的要求。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的進(jìn)一步提高,人們對多功能的發(fā)展要求越來越高。由于單片機(jī)性能好,控制功能強(qiáng),工作可靠,成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)在家電產(chǎn)品中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。面臨國內(nèi)冰箱發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,在技術(shù)上還與其他發(fā)達(dá)國家有一定的差距,在原有的基礎(chǔ)上對電冰箱進(jìn)行了一定的改進(jìn),使其適用當(dāng)代個性時尚、節(jié)能環(huán)保、智能高端、精溫控制的發(fā)展方式,使人們體驗聞所未聞的個性化感受,快捷與原汁原味不再是夢想。新一代產(chǎn)品在控制上還增加了人工智能,是家電性能更優(yōu)異,使用更方便可靠。 電冰箱溫度控制系統(tǒng)是利用溫度傳感 器采集電冰箱冷藏室和冷凍室的溫度。通過使用單片機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)字信號處理,從而達(dá)到智能控制的目的。本系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)電冰箱冷藏室和冷凍室的溫度設(shè)置、電冰箱自動除霜、開門報警等功能。 本設(shè)計第 四 章論述了硬件設(shè)計部分。 第 五 章論述了系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計部分。 通過對直冷式電冰箱制冷系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電冰箱的雙溫雙控,使電冰箱能根據(jù)使用條件的變化迅速合理地調(diào)節(jié)制冷量,且節(jié)能效果良好。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 單片機(jī),溫度傳感器,電冰箱, 溫度控制 青島理工大學(xué)琴島學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文) II Abstract In recent years along with puter peration in the social sphere, SCM applications are constantly deepening, and drives the transmission control system of detecting change realtime monitoring and automatic control of the SCM application system, the microcontroller is often used as a core ponent, only SCM knowledge is not enough, should be based on specific hardware structure, and the specific characteristics of the target application software, to make perfect. the refrigerator is essential in the modern family home appliances.
