日產(chǎn) 5000 噸水泥熟料新型干法生產(chǎn)線燒成系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計 I 摘要 本設(shè)計的設(shè)計題目是 日產(chǎn) 5000 噸水泥熟料水泥廠新型干法生產(chǎn)線燒成系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計 。本設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容是水泥生產(chǎn)的工藝流程、水泥廠區(qū)布置及主機設(shè)備選型等。重點是窯中部分的設(shè)計。本設(shè)計選用了現(xiàn)代回轉(zhuǎn)窯中最先進(jìn)的兩檔回轉(zhuǎn)窯。由于本人設(shè)計水平有限,在設(shè)計當(dāng)中還有很多問題,希望老師批評指正。 1. 窯的選擇:在選擇窯的過程中,我運用理論公式算出窯型,同時我也查找了實際廠家的情況,最后我綜合兩者定出我的窯型; 2. 物料平衡計算:按照經(jīng)驗公式(石灰石飽和系數(shù)、硅酸率 、 鋁氧率)計算,得出恰當(dāng)?shù)穆手?。確定出最終物料配比 。3. 生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計和主機設(shè)備選型計算:依據(jù)之前物料平衡計算結(jié)果,結(jié)合理論公式以及應(yīng)用實例得出所選機型。 關(guān)鍵詞:水泥、新型干法生產(chǎn)線、回轉(zhuǎn)窯、煅燒 II Abstract The design of this topic is at the design capacity of over 5,000 tons of cement clinker production line of new dry cement kiln system process design.
