【正文】 摘要 籠體式分級(jí)機(jī)機(jī)是一種被廣泛應(yīng)用的選粉分級(jí)設(shè)備，具有運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、工作可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、選粉效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 分級(jí)機(jī)的核心部分是籠形轉(zhuǎn)子，由水平隔板、內(nèi)錐形軸套、分級(jí)葉片組成。 首先 進(jìn)行了 選粉機(jī) 的 總體設(shè)計(jì) ， 包括規(guī)格尺寸的確定 、主軸功率的確定以及傳動(dòng)方案的確定。然后進(jìn)行了選粉機(jī)零部件的設(shè)計(jì)，包括主軸、撒料盤、導(dǎo)向葉片以及籠型轉(zhuǎn)子等的設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了 電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速機(jī)和 軸承的選型。 重點(diǎn)對轉(zhuǎn)子部分做了設(shè)計(jì)，并完成圖紙。 在設(shè)計(jì)中 通過調(diào)整導(dǎo)向葉片的角度及渦流調(diào)整裝置， 并 配合分級(jí)效率和生產(chǎn)能力， 得到 最適當(dāng)?shù)呐渲茫?從而實(shí)現(xiàn)粉體 分級(jí) ，并且 生產(chǎn)效率高 ， 動(dòng)力消耗少 。另外 通過調(diào)整 導(dǎo)流葉片角度、渦流調(diào)整范圍、 分隔 板張數(shù)三要素， 并考慮了 分級(jí)效率與生產(chǎn)能力， 從而 使 選粉機(jī) 達(dá)到最佳的分級(jí)效率。 設(shè)計(jì)的分級(jí)機(jī)滿足運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、工作可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、裝卸方便、便于維修、調(diào)整等要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：選粉機(jī) ； 籠形轉(zhuǎn)子水平隔板 ； 立軸 ； 蝸殼 Abstract Efficient vortex separator is a widely application in the powder classification equipment, it has some advantages, such as Stable operation, reliable operation, simple structure, powder efficiency. The core of the separator is as quirrel cage rotor by a horizontal partition, the tapered sleeve, grading blade ponents. First, it is going on the overall design of the separator, including the design of the specification sizes, spindle powers and transmission program. And then, it is the design of the parts, including the design of spindle, scattered disk, guide vanes, rotor cage and so on. Simultaneity, it is going on the selection of the motor, reducer and bearing. Finally, the linking of total and parts must be considered. In the process of this design, it can get the most appropriate configuration with hierarchical efficiency and production capacity by adjusting the angle of the guide vane and the vortex, so that it can make the powers classifications and production efficiency is high and it consumes little energy. In addition, it is to adjust the angle of the guide vane, the range of the vortex adjusting and the number of separated panel taking into account the hierarchical efficiency and production capacity so that the separator can achieve the best classification efficiency. The designed separator meet the following requirements： smooth operation, reliable, simple structure and handling convenience, ease of maintenance an adjustment.
