本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 三相鼠籠異步電機設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué)生學(xué)號: 院(系): 年級專業(yè): 指導(dǎo)教師: 二 〇〇七年 六月攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 摘要 I 摘 要 電機在各行各業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用, 推動了 中小型電機行業(yè)的發(fā)展不斷壯大, 因此研究中小型電機存在重大意義。本課題主要是 在 熟悉三相異步電動機的原理的基礎(chǔ)上 ,根據(jù)設(shè)計要求設(shè)計一臺小型三相鼠籠式異步電動機。 首先 確定電機的電磁負(fù)荷和電機的主要尺寸, 然后 分別對電機繞組、電機鐵心進行設(shè)計, 并且對設(shè)計電機的參數(shù)、工作性能進行核算,反復(fù)調(diào)整,直到設(shè)計的參數(shù)符合設(shè)計任務(wù)的要求。在初選方案的基礎(chǔ)上改變氣隙大小、改變定子匝數(shù)、和改變鐵心長度進行了幾個方案設(shè)計,最后對所有設(shè)計方案進行比較,優(yōu)化設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞 電機、電磁設(shè)計、 改變參數(shù) 攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The electrical machinery in all the various trades39。 and occupations39。widespread application, impelled the middle and small scale electricalmachinery profession development unceasingly to expand, thereforestudied the middle and small scale electrical machinery existencegreat significance. This topic mainly is in the familiar threephaseasynchronous motor principle foundation, according to designs therequest to design a small threephase mouse cage type asynchronousmotor. First determined the electrical machinery the electromagismload and the electrical machinery main dimension, then separately tothe electrical machinery winding, the electrical machinery iron corecarries on the design, and to designs the electrical machinery theparameter, the operating performance carries on the calculation,repeatedly adjusts, conforms to the design duty requirement until thedesign parameter. Changed the air gap size, the change stator numberof windings in the primary election plan foundation, and the changecore length has carried on several plans designs, finally carried onthe parison to all design proposal, the optimized design.
