I 學號: 畢業(yè)論文 鏈條爐集散控制系統(tǒng)設計 Design of Distributed Control System for Chain furnace 學院 : 計算機與電子信息學院 專業(yè) : 自動化 班級 : 學生: 指導教師(職稱): (講師) 完成時間 2022 年 3 月 25 日至 2022 年 5 月 31 日 II 摘要 集散控制具有分散控制,集中管理的特點,能夠提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率,節(jié)約能源,改善勞動條件。而采用常規(guī)的控制難以滿足要求,因此對鍋爐集散控制系統(tǒng)進行設計,具有重要意義。為了提高鍋爐設備運行的可靠性對鍋爐的結構和工作過程進行介紹,根據(jù)鍋爐工藝流程確定了控制方案,控制方案包括:確定了鏈條爐汽包水位、燃料氣壓力、過熱蒸汽壓力和除氧器壓力控制方案。然后根據(jù)方案對其確定 I\O點數(shù),用 JX300X軟件進行實時監(jiān)控,實現(xiàn)了鍋爐的安全運行,提高了裝置的生產(chǎn)效率。 關鍵詞:集散控制 鏈條爐 控制方案 監(jiān)控軟件 III ABSTRAC Distributed control has the characteristics of the decentralized control and centralized management, so it can improve labor production efficiency, save energy, improve working conditions. 。 And the use of conventional control is difficult to meet the requirements, so the design of distributed control system for boiler, has important significance. In order for the boiler structure and the working process to improve the reliability of operation of boiler equipment were introduced, according to boiler process control scheme is determined, the control scheme includes: chain boiler drum water level, pressure, fuel gas pressure of the superheated steam and desecrator pressure control scheme was determined. Then according to the method for the determination of I\O points, realtime monitoring by using the software of JX300X, realizes the safe operation of the boiler, improves the production efficiency.
