Xx 科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 摘 要 在注射成型的過程中模具起到了關(guān)鍵性作用。它對塑料制品的尺寸、精度和表面粗糙度起著重要的作用。本設(shè)計就是以塑料制品的尺寸、公差、結(jié)構(gòu)形狀以及塑料的物理性能、力學(xué)性能和工藝性能為依據(jù)來設(shè)計模具的過程。在本設(shè)計中進行了塑件工藝性分析、總體方案的設(shè)計、注塑機的選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、成型零件的設(shè)計、脫模機構(gòu)的設(shè)計、側(cè)抽芯機構(gòu)的設(shè)計及計算、導(dǎo)向和定位機構(gòu)的設(shè)計、模架的選擇、冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和計算等設(shè)計工作。在本次設(shè)計中,需要加工的工件有一個兩個對稱的側(cè)孔和兩個階梯,故采用了瓣合模結(jié)構(gòu),并把瓣合模的分型面設(shè) 置在與塑件側(cè)孔垂直的面上,這樣在開模的過程中同時完成抽芯,不需要再另外設(shè)置側(cè)孔的側(cè)抽芯結(jié)構(gòu)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 注射成型;瓣合模 ;塑料制品;模具 Xx 科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) i ABSTRACT In the process of injection molding die played a key role. In plastic products size, accuracy and surface roughness it plays an important role. The design of plastic products is by the size, tolerance, and the structure and shape of the physical properties of plastics, mechanical and technological properties as a basis for mold design process. In the design of plastic parts process analysis, the overall program design, injection molding machine of choice, the gating system design, forming part of the design, stripping the design side pulling mechanism and calculation, direction and positioning of design, diechoice, the cooling system design and calculation of design work. In this design, the need of a workpiece machining symmetrically two side holes and two steps, the disc is adopted and the structure, and the petals of molmerged parting surface set in plastic parts and lateral holes vertical plane, it in the open mold process and plete corepulling, don39。t need to another set of lateral holes side corepulling structure.
