【正文】 中山大學(xué)南方學(xué)院 2022 屆本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 3d 打印技術(shù)在制造業(yè)應(yīng)用的發(fā)展前景 系 名： 電子通信與軟件工程系 專 業(yè)： XXXXX 學(xué) 號(hào)： XXXXX 姓 名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 二 ○ 一 四 年 四 月 裝 訂 線 中山大學(xué)南方學(xué)院 中山大學(xué)南方學(xué)院 2022 屆本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） I 摘 要 隨著科技時(shí)代的高速發(fā)展，人們已經(jīng)不再是單單使用機(jī)器制造工具，一個(gè)全新的時(shí)代將要到來(lái)的標(biāo)志是能夠用機(jī)器制造機(jī)器，而這個(gè)能制造出機(jī)器的機(jī)器就是叫做 3d 打印機(jī)。 3d 打印機(jī)可以將產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期縮短，降低制造的成本，制造效果變得更佳，同時(shí)也能達(dá)到環(huán)保低碳的制造效果，但面臨著 3d 打印技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，基于其發(fā)展前景，制造商們也應(yīng)該與時(shí)并進(jìn)不斷進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新，而這種創(chuàng)新不但是在于產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，還需要在經(jīng)營(yíng)理念上作出變化，形成新的商業(yè)模式，從而提升自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。而作為我們?nèi)罕姸裕?3d 打印技術(shù)也會(huì)影響到我們的生活，我們應(yīng)該重視其帶來(lái)的影響，只要正確使用好 3d 打印技術(shù)，我們都會(huì)成為一位制造者。本文將會(huì)從 3d 打印的各個(gè)方面并結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀來(lái)分析其未來(lái)在制造業(yè)上的發(fā)展前景和所將會(huì)面臨的問(wèn)題。 關(guān)鍵詞： 3d 打印技術(shù)、制造業(yè)、發(fā)展 中山大學(xué)南方學(xué)院 2022 屆本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） II ABSTRACT With the fast development of the social science and technology, IP multimedia technology has bee mature. The broadband service mode, which blends multi contents, broadband work and digital IPTV terminal platform, is booming into a promising industry. At the meantime, broadband has entered billions of Chinese households, with multifunction IPTV BOX as essential entertainment equipment of many households. The huge number of the broadband users demonstrates that IPTV is greatly potential in China. Therefore, the implement of and the research on Debianembedded IPTV BOX is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the basic definition of IPTV BOX and its current domestic and foreign market situation and development situation, summarizes the function requirements of IPTV BOX. Research the key technology of IPTV BOX, including HTTP, TCP/IP, JSONRPC, Tongxu technology. In the aspect of the selection of hardware, the design of the Raspberry Pi SwiftBoard development board with Allwinner A10 processor. In order to better performance of the play platform, using Linux as the core foundation, plete memory protection, multitask process of the operating system Debian as the embedded realtime operating system.
