畢業(yè)設計(論文) 課 題 名 稱 : 連桿的機械加工工藝及夾具設計 學 生 姓 名 : 學 號 : 院系、 專業(yè) : 指 導 老 師 : 2022 年 1 2 月 2 8 日 新鄉(xiāng)職業(yè)技術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 內容摘要 連桿是柴油機的主要傳動件之一,本文論述了連桿的加工工藝及其夾具的設計。連桿的尺寸精度、形狀精度以及位置精度的要求都很高,而連桿的剛性比較差,容易產生變形,因此在安排工藝過程時,就需要把各主要表面的粗精加工工序分開。逐步減少加工余量、切削力及內應力的作用,并修正加工后的變形,就能最后達到零件的技術要求。 機械加工工藝是企業(yè)上品種、上水平、加速產品更新,提高經濟效益的技術保障。然而夾具有事制造系統(tǒng)的重要部分,工藝對夾具的要求也會提高,專用夾具、成組 夾具、組合夾具和隨行夾具都朝著柔性化、自動化、標注化、通用化和高效化方向發(fā)展以滿足加工要求。所以對機械的加工工藝及夾具設計具有十分重要的意義。 關鍵詞: 連桿 加工工藝 夾具設計 新鄉(xiāng)職業(yè)技 術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) II Abstract Connecting rod is one of the main transmission parts of diesel engine, this paper discusses the processing technology of connecting rod and the design of fixture. Connecting rod size accuracy, the accuracy requirement of the shape and position precision is very high, and the rigidity of the connecting rod is poorer, prone to deformation, therefore in the arrangement of technological process, you need to separate the rough finish machining process on the surface of the main. Gradually reduce machining allowance, cutting force and the role of internal stress, and correct processing after deformation, can finally achieve the technical requirements of parts. Machining process on varieties, is the enterprise level, product updates faster, improve the economic benefit of technical support. Fixture occupy an important part of manufacturing system, however, technology will also increase to the requirement of fixture and special fixture, group clamps, modular fixture and pallet toward flexible, automation, tagging, generalization and highly efficient direction to meet the processing requirements. So the mechanical processing technology and fixture design is of great significance.
