【正文】 摘 要 該設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)完成木沖隧道 左 線的設(shè)計(jì)與施工。木沖隧道 左 線長(zhǎng) 1825m所經(jīng)地區(qū)為典型的喀斯特地貌,地層為以砂巖、頁(yè)巖、粉砂巖為主的寒武系地層。 首先 依據(jù)工程要求和設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范確定隧道斷面,然后根據(jù)“荷載 結(jié)構(gòu)”法通過(guò)ANSYS 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度檢算,根據(jù)檢算結(jié)果配筋。隧道圍巖等級(jí)主要以Ⅱ級(jí)、Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)和Ⅴ級(jí)為主。Ⅱ級(jí)和Ⅲ級(jí)圍巖比較穩(wěn)定設(shè)計(jì)采用全斷面開(kāi)挖,Ⅴ級(jí)和 Ⅳ 級(jí)圍巖,由于圍巖情況差,開(kāi)挖斷面較大設(shè)計(jì)采用中側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑法。隧道的 主要 施工方法:隧道采用新奧法施工,以噴射混凝土錨桿作為主要的支護(hù)手段,通過(guò)檢測(cè) 控制圍巖變形,充分發(fā)揮圍巖的自承能力。 通過(guò) 對(duì)圍巖的力學(xué)形態(tài)以及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控量測(cè)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)施工水平并及時(shí)的改進(jìn)與調(diào)整。 隧道采用管棚作為超前支護(hù), 初期支護(hù)采用超前或徑向注漿錨桿 (小導(dǎo)管 )、型鋼鋼架、鋼格柵及掛網(wǎng)濕噴等施工技術(shù) ,當(dāng)圍巖與初期支護(hù)基本穩(wěn)定后施做二次襯砌 關(guān)鍵詞: 高速公路 隧道 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 施工 新奧 法 Abstract The design plete the left hand lane tunnel red wood design and construction .The length of the left line of Mu Chong Tunnel is1825 meter, it crosses karst areas, Formation is mainly made of sandstone, shale and siltstone Cambrian strata.
