【正文】 摘要 1 本科畢業(yè)論文 貧困地區(qū)學(xué)校餐飲設(shè)備分析與研究 燕 山 大 學(xué) 2022年 6月 2 摘 要 貧苦地區(qū)由于所處的地理位置和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相對滯后等原因。人民的食品消費(fèi)水平偏低，安全消費(fèi)意識較差。特別是貧困地區(qū)的學(xué)校作為青少年集中場所，廚房設(shè)施建設(shè)存在著很大的問題，落后的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平，造成了大量的留守兒童，學(xué)生們只能在學(xué)校集體用餐，由于餐飲設(shè)備的缺失或不完善，學(xué)生的餐飲安全容易受到客觀條件的制約和主觀意識的忽視，容易引發(fā)食品安全事故。因此，我這次對貧困地區(qū)學(xué)校餐飲設(shè) 施的研究調(diào)查，主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)、媒體、市場調(diào)等手段，來了解貧困地區(qū)的學(xué)校情況，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙嶋H設(shè)計一款餐飲設(shè)施，希望能夠改善一些貧困地區(qū)餐飲設(shè)備缺失的現(xiàn)狀，同時希望各有關(guān)部門能夠更多的關(guān)注貧困地區(qū)學(xué)校食品衛(wèi)生安全的現(xiàn)狀，努力提高貧困地區(qū)的餐飲水平，做好學(xué)校食品衛(wèi)生安全工作，保障青少年健康成長。 關(guān)鍵詞： 貧困地區(qū)、學(xué)校、餐飲設(shè)備、改善、衛(wèi)生安全。 摘要 Abstract Poor regions due to geographical location and level of economic development is lagging behind and other reasons.
