南京林業(yè)大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 學(xué) 院: 專 業(yè): 學(xué) 號(hào): 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 職 稱: 2022 年 5 月 31 日 中文摘要 摘 要 目前,畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值中所占的比重不斷擴(kuò)大,因此對飼料的需求量也日漸增加,而粉碎是飼料加工中最重要的工序之一,必然要用到粉碎機(jī),粉碎使飼料暴露的表面積增大,以利于消化;對輸送、配料、混合、制粒與飼喂等后續(xù)工作更方便、效率更高,質(zhì)量更有保證。錘片式粉碎機(jī)是粉碎工序中最常用的設(shè)備之一。本次設(shè)計(jì)的粉碎機(jī)應(yīng)具備結(jié) 構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn),易與電動(dòng)機(jī)直聯(lián)??紤]提高其生產(chǎn)率,降低其單位產(chǎn)品電耗,可方便的控制產(chǎn)品粒度,提高其均勻度,還應(yīng)考慮到其使用的可靠性、操作安全性、維修方便等情況,可以滿足一般工廠對粉碎機(jī)的要求。本次設(shè)計(jì)的粉碎機(jī)是 9F40 型錘片式粉碎機(jī),動(dòng)力配置采用了廣泛使用的皮帶輪驅(qū)動(dòng),該機(jī)主要組成部分有:機(jī)體、喂料口、轉(zhuǎn)子、篩片、傳動(dòng)部分。 關(guān)鍵詞 :錘片式;飼料;粉碎機(jī);設(shè)計(jì) 英文摘要 Abstract At present, livestock and poultry breeding industry accounts for the proportion in agricultural gross output value increasing. So the demand for feed is also growing. And pulverizing is one of the most important processes in feed processing. Pulverizing must use the mill. Crushing the feed exposed surface area increases, to facilitate digestion. Crushing is more convenient, more efficient, more quality assurance on the conveyor, batching, mixing, granulating and feeding the followup work. Hammer crusher is one of the most monly used equipment for grinding process. The design should have the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, easy in conjunction with the motor directly. The design must be consideration of improving productivity, reducing the unit product energy consumption, convenient to control the product size, improving its uniformity. Consideration should also be given to the reliability, operational safety, convenient repair and its use. This design of the grinder is 9F40 type of hammer mill. Power configuration the mill used is widely used pulley driven. This machine mainly consists of the body, feeding port, rotor, sieve, transmission part.
