【正文】 變速齒輪撥叉加工工藝的制定及銷孔鉆床夾具設(shè)計 I 摘 要 本課題是 “ 拖拉機(jī)變速箱內(nèi)用于Ⅱ Ⅲ擋變速齒輪撥叉零件 ” 的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程的編制。撥叉零件在變速箱內(nèi)是個必不可少的部件, 設(shè)計時用到了銷孔轉(zhuǎn)床的設(shè)計和撥叉夾具體的設(shè)計,其定位零件是以變φ 25H7 孔套在軸上,并用銷釘經(jīng)φ 6H12 孔與軸定位,撥叉腳卡在雙聯(lián)齒輪的槽中, 變速操縱機(jī)構(gòu)通過撥叉頭部的操縱槽帶動撥叉與軸一起在變速箱中滑動,撥叉腳撥動雙聯(lián)齒輪在花鍵軸上滑移,就可實現(xiàn)變速箱的變速功能,從而實現(xiàn)拖拉機(jī)的變速。所以在加工時,零件的配合部分需進(jìn)行精加工,保證其配合準(zhǔn)確。由于被加工零件在工作時要承受一定的 力,因此要求有一定的強(qiáng)度、剛度和韌性。 關(guān)鍵詞 齒輪撥叉,銷孔鉆床,變速箱,夾具體(關(guān)鍵詞 35個) 沈陽工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract This topic is “the tractor gear boxes uses inⅡ Ⅲ Keeps off thechange speed gear dials the fork ponents” machinefinishing technological process establishment.
