沈陽理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 I 摘 要 此次設(shè)計是對撥叉零件的加工工藝和夾具設(shè)計,其零件為鍛件,具有體積小,零件復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),由于面比孔易加工,在制定工藝規(guī)程時,就先加工面,再以面為基準(zhǔn)來加工其它,其中各工序夾具都采用專用夾具,特別的對于加工大頭孔、槽和鉆小頭孔斜面小孔的工序中,選一面兩銷的定位方式,并以操作簡單的手動夾緊方式夾緊,其機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計簡單,方便且能滿足要求。 由于零件的形狀復(fù)雜,尺寸比較大,加工精度,位置精度等要求較高,所以為了保證該零件的精度的要求,用專用機(jī)床,用專用夾具來進(jìn)行加工,這樣不僅能保證零件的尺寸、位置等精度要求,而 且裝夾一次無需在裝夾,這樣明顯縮短了裝夾時間,也提高了生產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 整個加工過程中的特點(diǎn)是專用機(jī)床,減少了裝夾次數(shù),保證了加工精度,節(jié)省時間、效率高。 對于零件加工工藝設(shè)計中包括:毛坯的選擇、基準(zhǔn)的選擇、擬定機(jī)械加工工藝路線、確定機(jī)械加工余量、工序尺寸及公差、選擇機(jī)床設(shè)備及工藝裝備、確定某工序的 切削用量及基本工時等設(shè)計,在加工中要使用專用夾具,包括對定位方案、定位元件、夾緊力的計算、夾具中用的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件、夾具體等幾方面的設(shè)計。 因?yàn)樵诩庸ぶ杏玫搅烤?。在設(shè)計中能夠運(yùn)用加工工藝所遵循的原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計 。 關(guān)鍵詞 撥叉 。加工工藝 。專用夾具 。設(shè)計 沈陽理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 II ABSTRACT This design is to dials forks the ponents the processing craft and the jig design, its ponents are the fing, has the volume to be small, ponents plex characteristic,Because the surface is easier than the hole to process, when formulation technological process, first the machined surface, then processes other take the surface as the datum,In which various working procedures jig all uses the unit clamp, special regarding processes the big end of hole, the trough and drills the capitellum hole incline eyelet in the working procedure, Chooses locate mode which two sells at the same time, and operates the simple manual clamp way clamp, its anization design is simple, the convenience also can satisfy the request. Due to the plex shape and parts a larger size, machining precision and position precision high demands, so to ensure that the parts of the accuracy requirement of the special machine, use, with special jig to carry on the processing, so can not only ensure part size, such as the position accuracy requirement, and clamping once in clamping, without this obvious shortened clamping time, increase productivity and economic benefits. The whole process, characteristic is a special machine, reduce the clamping times, to ensure the machining accuracy and save time and high efficiency. For parts processing technology design include: blank selection, the benchmark selection, worked out the machining process route, determine the mechanical machining allowance, procedure sizes and tolerance, choice of machine tool equipment and process equipment, determine a process of cutting dosages and basic design, processing manhour to use special jig, including to positioning scheme, positioning ponents, clamping force calculation, jig using the nonstandard fasteners, clip specific aspects of the design.
