111 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 題目: 學(xué)生姓名: *** 學(xué)生學(xué)號: 院系名稱: 專業(yè)班級: 指導(dǎo)教師: 2022 年 6 月 12 日 1 1 1 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) I 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于中大跨度整體現(xiàn)澆預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù) T 型 梁橋。其設(shè)計(jì)的目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識的技能以及分析解決實(shí)際問題的能力。設(shè)計(jì)的 要求達(dá)到安全可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)方法上有一定的創(chuàng)新。再設(shè)計(jì)過程中通過運(yùn)用之前學(xué)過的專業(yè)知識,使理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,更能鍛煉學(xué)生的動手、動腦操作能力,更能加強(qiáng)同學(xué)們對橋梁設(shè)計(jì)軟件的使用。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的連續(xù)梁橋跨度為三跨,跨徑為 28m+28+28m,采用分離式設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)荷載為公路 II 級,每幅橋面寬 14m,為雙向六車道,設(shè)有 寬的人行道。主梁施工采用整體現(xiàn)澆施工工藝。 設(shè)計(jì)具體過程如下: 第一,搜集本設(shè)計(jì)所需資料和文獻(xiàn),初擬上部結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,進(jìn)行橋梁截面構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì),從而計(jì)算出毛截面的幾何特性。 第二 ,計(jì)算主梁自重、汽車荷載、溫度作用以及基礎(chǔ)沉降并進(jìn)行內(nèi)力短期組合與長期組合,通過短期組合估算預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束。 第三,預(yù)應(yīng)力損失以及有效預(yù)應(yīng)力的計(jì)算,并進(jìn)行配束后主梁內(nèi)力計(jì)算及內(nèi)力組合。 第四,進(jìn)行截面強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算、抗裂驗(yàn)算、持久狀況構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算、短暫狀況構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算、撓度驗(yàn)算、行車道板的內(nèi)力計(jì)算和配筋計(jì)算。 最后,進(jìn)行施工圖的繪制。 關(guān)鍵詞: 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土;效應(yīng)組合;預(yù)應(yīng)力損失;驗(yàn)算 1 1 1 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) II 1 1 1 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) III Abstract This graduation design is about the whole structure of large span prestressed concretecontinuous beam bridge T. The purpose of the design is to train students to apply the kNowledge and skills, ability to analyze and solve practical design meets the requirement of safety and reliability, advanced technology and reasonable economy,have certain innovation design method. Then the design process by using the professional kNowledge learned before, so that the bination of theory and practice, can exercise the hands of students, thinkingability, to strengthen the use of bridge design software. Continuous beam bridge span in the design of three span, span is of the length 28m+28+28m, using separate design, design load for highway II, each deck width 14m, twoway six lane, a wide sidewalks. Construction of main girder of the castinplace construction technology. The design process is as follows: First,collect the needs of design data and literature,tentatively set the upper structuer of the bridge section size,structure design,so as to calculate the geometric size chaarcteristics of the gross section. Second, to calculate the weight, vehicle load, temperature effect and the foundation settlement and internal force bination of shortterm and longterm, shortterm portfoliothrough estimation of prestressed steel beam. Third, the loss of prestress and the calculation of the effecticve prestress,and with beamgirder internal force calculation and internal force bination. Fourth, strength checking, checking calculation of crack resistance, lasting of the structure calculation of stress calculation, transient state ponent should be internal force calculation and reinforcement strength, deflection, the carriageway plate. Finally, drawing construction drawing.
