西華大學課程設(shè)計報告雙閉環(huán)直流晶閘管調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計摘 要:此設(shè)計利用晶閘管、二極管等器件設(shè)計了一個轉(zhuǎn)速、電流雙閉環(huán)直流晶閘管調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置了電流檢測環(huán)節(jié)、電流調(diào)節(jié)器以及轉(zhuǎn)速檢測環(huán)節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)器,構(gòu)成了電流環(huán)和轉(zhuǎn)速環(huán),前者通過電流元件的反饋作用穩(wěn)定電流,后者通過轉(zhuǎn)速檢測元件的反饋作用保持轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定,最終消除轉(zhuǎn)速偏差,從而使系統(tǒng)達到調(diào)節(jié)電流和轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。該系統(tǒng)起動時,轉(zhuǎn)速外環(huán)飽和不起作用,電流內(nèi)環(huán)起主要作用,調(diào)節(jié)起動電流保持最大值,使轉(zhuǎn)速線性變化,迅速達到給定值;穩(wěn)態(tài)運行時,轉(zhuǎn)速負反饋外環(huán)起主要作用,使轉(zhuǎn)速隨轉(zhuǎn)速給定電壓的變化而變化,電流內(nèi)環(huán)跟隨轉(zhuǎn)速外環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)電機的電樞電流以平衡負載電流。并通過Simulink進行系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學建模和系統(tǒng)仿真,分析雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的特性。關(guān)鍵詞:雙閉環(huán),晶閘管,轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)器,電流調(diào)節(jié)器,SimulinkAbstract: The design uses thyristors, diodes and other devices designs a speed, current doubleloop SCR DC converter system. The system sets up the current detecting aspect, the current regulator ACR and the speed detecting link, speed regulator ASR, poses the current central and the speed central, the former through the feedback of the current ponents to level off the current, the latter through the feedback of speed detecting device to maintain the speed stably and finally eliminates the deviation of speed bias.,thus allowing the system to the purpose of regulating the current and speed. when the system starts, the speed outer ring saturats nonfunctional, the current inner ring plays a major role to regulate the starting current to maintain the maximum so that the speed linear change, to reach a given value。 when it operates steadily, the speed negative feedback from the outer ring plays a major role ,to let the speed changes with the given speed voltage , at the same time the current inner ring regulates the armature current of motor adjustment to balance the load current. Simulink for system through mathematical modeling and system simulation. Finally display control system model and the results of antitruth.
