河南理工大學課程設計說明書PLC課程設計論文題目:全自動洗衣機PLC控制指導教師: 姓名學號班級完成日期:201262024摘要根據(jù)全自動洗衣機的工作原理,利用可編程控制器PLC實現(xiàn)控制,說明了PLC控制的原理方法,特點及控制洗衣機的特色。針對典型全自動洗衣機的實際控制要求,運用三菱PLC順序控制步進STL指令編程方法,在I/O分配的基礎上,進行PLC梯形圖程序設計,并對程序運行功能予以分析說明。本全自動洗衣機設計分配有12個輸入點和7個輸出點,采用了7個定時器對電機轉動進行定時,2個計數(shù)器對洗衣機進行循環(huán)控制,實現(xiàn)了注水洗滌排水脫水自動控制。經(jīng)過PLC上機模擬調試,與實際控制要求完全一致。關鍵詞:全自動洗衣機;PLC控制。AbstractAccordingtotheworkprincipleofthefullautomaticwasher,makeuseoftheprogrammablelogicalcontrollerPLCrealizationcontrol,explaintheprinciplemethodofthePLCcontrol,thespecialfeaturesofthecharacteristicsandthecontrolwasher.
