【正文】 河南理工大學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)說明書PLC課程設(shè)計(jì)論文題目：全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)PLC控制指導(dǎo)教師： 姓名學(xué)號(hào)班級(jí)完成日期：201262024摘要根據(jù)全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)的工作原理，利用可編程控制器PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)控制，說明了PLC控制的原理方法，特點(diǎn)及控制洗衣機(jī)的特色。針對(duì)典型全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)的實(shí)際控制要求，運(yùn)用三菱PLC順序控制步進(jìn)STL指令編程方法，在I/O分配的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行PLC梯形圖程序設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)程序運(yùn)行功能予以分析說明。本全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)分配有12個(gè)輸入點(diǎn)和7個(gè)輸出點(diǎn)，采用了7個(gè)定時(shí)器對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行定時(shí)，2個(gè)計(jì)數(shù)器對(duì)洗衣機(jī)進(jìn)行循環(huán)控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了注水洗滌排水脫水自動(dòng)控制。經(jīng)過PLC上機(jī)模擬調(diào)試，與實(shí)際控制要求完全一致。關(guān)鍵詞：全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)；PLC控制。AbstractAccordingtotheworkprincipleofthefullautomaticwasher,makeuseoftheprogrammablelogicalcontrollerPLCrealizationcontrol,explaintheprinciplemethodofthePLCcontrol,thespecialfeaturesofthecharacteristicsandthecontrolwasher.
