河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是 分體頂梁柔性 液壓支架, 我在本次 設(shè)計(jì)中主要負(fù)責(zé)該支架的液壓系統(tǒng)部分。 此次任務(wù)包括立柱、伸縮油缸、銷(xiāo)軸的的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,立柱由液壓油缸組成;伸縮油缸在頂梁部分,銷(xiāo)軸主要用于油缸與耳板之間的連接。 這種支架最大的特點(diǎn)是采用垂直 柔性 導(dǎo)桿結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的四連桿結(jié)構(gòu) ;采用分體式頂梁代替整體頂梁 。這種支架因結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕、造價(jià)低、節(jié)省空間, 大大減輕了支架的整體重量,梁采用伸縮式的,支撐過(guò)程中能與地板接觸,不僅起到一定的掩護(hù)作用,而且還能起到一定的支撐作用,使支架更穩(wěn)定。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓支架;分體頂梁 ; 柔性; 液壓油缸; 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The design is flexible beam at the top of the hydraulic support, I am in this design is mainly responsible for the part of the hydraulic system of the stent. Stent because of this simple structure, light weight, low cost and save space, reduce the overall weight of the stent, the use of telescopic beam, and support the process of contact with the floor, cover not only play a role, but also play a supporting role, so that a more stable support.
