【正文】 i 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 POLO 空調(diào)制冷系統(tǒng)的檢測 與維修 系 別 專 業(yè) 班 級(jí) 學(xué)生姓名 學(xué) 號(hào) 指導(dǎo)教師 2022 年 5 月 ii POLO 空調(diào)制冷系統(tǒng)的檢測與維修 摘要 ： 本文闡述了 POLO 制冷系統(tǒng)的故障檢修。對(duì) POLO 制冷系統(tǒng)的故障分析過程中必須要了解制冷系統(tǒng)的工作原理結(jié)構(gòu)等，同時(shí)還要掌握制冷系統(tǒng)的檢漏方法。本文主要介紹了 POLO 制冷系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理、檢修和使用時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)。 POLO 制冷系統(tǒng)主要包括壓縮機(jī)、冷凝器、蒸發(fā)器、儲(chǔ)液罐等部件，文中作了撿的介紹，并由此引出了 POLO 制冷系統(tǒng)中常出的故障，以及主要部件常出現(xiàn)的故障，并針對(duì)這些故障給出了相應(yīng)的診斷方法 及維修方案 。 POLO 這款車采用的是半自動(dòng)空調(diào)，本文主要研究了 制冷系統(tǒng) 機(jī)械方面故障。制冷系統(tǒng)中最常見的故障有不制冷 及 制冷不足 等 ，本文從 制冷系統(tǒng)的 組成和 工作 原理入手采用循序漸進(jìn)的檢查方法進(jìn)行診斷。 然后對(duì)著故障按正確的方法進(jìn)行維修或更換。論文最后的 制冷系統(tǒng) 使用 注意事項(xiàng)也能幫助車主 更加 合理 地 使用制冷系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： POLO、制冷系統(tǒng)、 檢測 、 維修 iii POLO Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems Testing and Maintenance Abstract: This paper describes the POLO refrigeration system troubleshooting.
