【正文】 試析民營企業(yè)國際化 —— 以溫州地區(qū)為例 學院名稱： 商學院 專 業(yè)： 國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易 班 級： 姓 名： 指導教師姓名： 指導教師職稱： 二〇一三 年 六 月 JIANGSU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 試析民營企業(yè)的國際化經(jīng)營 —— 以溫州地區(qū)為例 摘要： 本論文 主要 以溫州中小民營企業(yè)的國際化為研究主題， 根據(jù)當前的現(xiàn)狀，首先是對當前溫州企業(yè)國際化發(fā)展狀況進行了解概況，發(fā)現(xiàn)溫州地區(qū)在國際化經(jīng)營中，是以民營企業(yè)為主體，并且主要集中在在一些低廉的勞動力密集型行業(yè)如服裝等行業(yè)，貿(mào)易方式主要是一般進出口為主，而在其加工貿(mào)易中主要又是以 OEM為主。論文針對這些特征對溫州民營企業(yè)在國際化過程中進行研究，并以此 對溫州民營經(jīng)濟國際化進行 SWOT 分 析， 發(fā)現(xiàn)溫州民營企業(yè)在國際化中面臨著缺少核心競爭力、企業(yè)融資困難，品牌樹立意識不強等一系列的問題。本論文最后針對這些問題，挑戰(zhàn) 給予 相關的 建議對策。 關鍵詞 ： 溫州 ； 民營企業(yè) ； 國際化 ； SWOT 分析； 對策與建議 Analysis of the international operations of private enterprise ——the example of Wenzhou Abstract: In this thesis, mainly small and medium private enterprises in Wenzhou into the international research themes, based on the current situation, the first is the current status of international development Wenzhou enterprises to understand overview of the Wenzhou area found in the international operations, mainly in private enterprises and mainly at low laborintensive industries such as lighters, glasses, clothing and other industries, mainly in general import and export, mainly for OEM. Then this situation of Wenzhou private enterprises in the process of internationalization of research, and thus on the private economy in Wenzhou international SWOT analysis, found that private enterprises in Wenzhou are faced with in the international lack of core petitiveness of enterprises financing difficulties, the brand establish a strong sense of a series of problems. The paper finally solve these problems, challenges give suggestions countermeasures.
