模具設(shè)計(jì) 側(cè)孔深筒沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)??畢業(yè)論文 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的零件是側(cè)孔深筒, 制定出相關(guān)工藝路線并設(shè)計(jì)出生產(chǎn)所需模具。 主要 工序有: a 落料, b 拉深, c 二次拉伸, d 切邊, e 沖孔,去除毛刺。采用落料拉深復(fù)合模, 可以較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)落料, 設(shè)計(jì)過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)充分考慮該落料拉深復(fù)合模的刃口形狀及尺寸, 否 則容易影響到落料拉深件的形狀及尺寸。 本篇論文綜合應(yīng)用本專業(yè)所學(xué)課程的理論和生產(chǎn) 實(shí)際知識(shí) ,并且查閱了大量課外資料,進(jìn)行的一次冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)工作的實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練。 在本次模具設(shè)計(jì)中,本著降低模具復(fù)雜 程度及成本的原則,把落料模具、拉深模具做 成一套復(fù)合模,然后獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)一套側(cè)沖孔模具。本套模具性能可靠,提高了產(chǎn)品的成品率 和生產(chǎn)效率,可以大幅度降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和生產(chǎn)成本。在模具設(shè)計(jì)中,查閱了大量課內(nèi)和課 外的文獻(xiàn)資料, 充分利用已經(jīng)掌握的知識(shí), 使模具設(shè)計(jì)盡量簡(jiǎn)單并且能達(dá)到最大的實(shí)用效 果。 關(guān)鍵詞:側(cè)孔深筒 模具設(shè)計(jì) 落料 拉深 側(cè)沖孔 Abstract The graduation project is part of deep tube side holes, to develop and design the associated process route for production molds. The main steps are: a blanking, b drawing, c second stretch, d trimming, e punching, deburring. Using a posite blanking drawing die, you can achieve better blanking, the design process should take full account of the posite blanking drawing die edge shape and size, or likely to influence the shape and size of blanking drawing parts. In this thesis, prehensive application of the theoretical and practical knowledge of the production of professional learning courses, and access to a lot of extracurricular information, practical training conducted by a cold stamping die design work. In this mold design, mold principle to reduce the plexity and cost of the blanking dies, molds made of a posite drawing die, and then design a separate side punching die. The sets of molds and reliable performance, improved yield and production efficiency can greatly reduce labor intensity and production costs.
