【正文】 東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 學(xué)號：A06090014 大青葉多糖提取工藝研究 Study on Extraction Process of Polysaccharide fromFolium Isatidis 學(xué)生姓名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 所在學(xué)院：動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)院 所學(xué)專業(yè)：動(dòng)物藥學(xué) 研究方向 ：中獸藥學(xué) 東 北 農(nóng) 業(yè) 大 學(xué) 中國哈爾濱 2022 年 5 月 大青葉多糖提取工藝研究 I 摘要 大青葉為十字花科植物菘藍(lán)的干燥葉，為我國大宗使用藥材，其制劑生產(chǎn)銷售堪稱中藥之最，是清熱解毒藥的代表。本文以大青葉為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料，采用傳統(tǒng)水提醇沉的方法提取大青葉多糖。選取提取時(shí)間、提取溫度、提取次數(shù)和液料比四個(gè)因素，進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。利用重量法測定大青葉粗多糖的得率。以粗糖得率為指標(biāo)優(yōu)選工藝。最佳工藝為提取溫度 85 ℃、提取時(shí)間 、提取次數(shù) 2 次、液料比 25:1。本研究可為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和開發(fā)新的中獸藥藥源提供理論依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：大青葉多糖；提??；正交試驗(yàn) 大青葉多糖提取工藝研究 II Study on Extraction Process of Polysaccharide from Folium Isatidis Abstract Isatis indigotica Fort.(IIF) is a twoyearold cruciferous vegetable. Its root, leave and stem are named Radix Isatis (RI)and Folium Isatis (FI), respectively. They are the mon traditional Chinese medicine with similar efficacy and representative medicines used for relieving heat and toxic. The extraction process of polysaccharides from residues targets for raw polysaccharide, which under conditions that adding 1% plex enzymes into materials and extracting for twice and hours per time at temperature of 80℃ 。 The extraction process which targets for fine polysaccharide is under conditions that 25:1(V/M) and extracting for twice and hours per time at temperature of 85℃ 。 This research can provide a theoretical basis for utilization and process improvement of FI.
