I 課程設(shè)計說明書 摘要 本設(shè)計是以設(shè)計日產(chǎn) 2500t硅酸鹽水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線(重點車間:水泥包裝)為任務(wù)。介紹了目前水泥工業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的狀況,及整個生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計過程。本設(shè)計的指導(dǎo)思想是經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、安全適用。 本設(shè)計采用的生產(chǎn)方法是新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)工藝,設(shè)計生產(chǎn)市場需求量較大的硅酸鹽水泥。本設(shè)計經(jīng)過了全廠布局、窯的選型、物料平衡計算、各生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計及主機(jī)選型、物料的儲存和均化、重點車間設(shè)計等步驟。整個設(shè)計過程中,在主要工藝參數(shù)選擇和配料方案選擇的基礎(chǔ)上通過配料計算、全廠物料平衡等計算,進(jìn)行了全廠的總體設(shè)計, 完成了主機(jī)設(shè)備的選型及主機(jī)平衡計算等內(nèi)容。設(shè)計中,嚴(yán)格遵守國家的環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)范,在滿足生產(chǎn)要求的前提下,盡可能使用先進(jìn)收塵設(shè)備,極大減少了粉塵的排放,降低了對環(huán)境的污染。最后,在選定 包裝車間 的工藝流程的基礎(chǔ)上,通過立磨系統(tǒng)的通風(fēng)量平衡計算進(jìn)行了車間的工藝流程設(shè)計及附屬設(shè)備的選型,完成該車間工藝布置圖的繪制等工作。 關(guān)鍵詞 :水泥 包裝車間 工藝設(shè)計 選型 布置 II ABSTRACT Its mission is to design a production line, which can produce2, 500 tons clinker per day ( key workshop: cement packing) . This paper introduces the current situation of the cement industry production technology, and the design process of whole production line. Advanced technology, reasonable economy and safe applying are the guidelines of the design. This design uses the NSP cement production process as its production method, to design producing the Portland cement which has the largest market demand. This design goes through all the steps, such as the plant layout, kiln type selection , material balance calculation, each workshop production process design and material host selection, storage and homogenization, key workshop design and so on. Within the whole design process, on the basis of main process parameters selection and ingredients scheme selection, is to plete the ingredients calculation, the material balance calculation, the overall design of the whole factory, so that it could acplish the host equipment selection and host equilibrium calculation, etc. We strictly ply with the national environmental protection standard, under the premise of meeting the production requirements, to use the advanced collecting dust equipment as much as possible, this substantially reduce emissions of the dust and the pollution to the environment. Finally, on the basis of selection the process flow of cement packing workshop to go through the ventilation rate balance puting raw mill system of workshop process design and accessory equipment selection, to plete the workshop layout drawing of the process.
