【正文】 新時(shí)代下對(duì)海綿城市的研究 論文 摘要：近年來(lái)，全國(guó)許多地區(qū)遭遇不同程度的積水，尤其是在人口密集的城市，逢雨必澇現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)城市病。雨水排不出去導(dǎo)致城市災(zāi)害的形成，城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞，阻礙了城市交通的正常通行，帶來(lái)很多公共生活不便。同時(shí)，有很多地方遭受干旱，形成嚴(yán)重的缺水現(xiàn)象。一方面洪澇，一方面又缺水。如何發(fā)揮雨水最大效益解決雨水洪澇災(zāi)害，已成為城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展中一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 2022 年 11 月 2 日，住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部對(duì)外印發(fā)了《海綿城市建設(shè)指南》，提出海綿城市建設(shè)。這將意味著在我國(guó)未來(lái)的城市建設(shè)要轉(zhuǎn)變 觀念，改變單一 “以排為主 ”的排澇思想，充分利用海綿海綿型城市理論進(jìn)行城市建設(shè)，結(jié)合城市雨洪系統(tǒng)和自然生態(tài)恢復(fù)，解決城市內(nèi)澇，回收利用雨水資源，構(gòu)建綠色生態(tài) 海綿城市。 關(guān)鍵詞：海綿城市雨水收集；景觀道路 Study on sponge city in the new era Abstract： In recent years, many parts of the country suffered varying degrees of water, especially in the densely populated city, the phenomenon of waterlogging has bee a city disease.
