【正文】 I 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程編制和工序?qū)S脢A具的設(shè)計(jì)。 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容涉及了機(jī)械制造工藝及機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)、金屬切削機(jī)床和刀具的選用、公差配合與測(cè)量等多方面的知識(shí)。 為了能夠完成銑床撥 叉殼體機(jī)械加工工藝及鉆床夾具的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué) 和其它課程的基本理論和方法,正確的制訂銑床撥叉殼體的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程。 通過(guò)對(duì)立式升降臺(tái)銑床撥叉殼體兩種加工工藝路線的比較分析,確定了設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案是以三個(gè)面作為基準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)基準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一原則,在保證所要求的質(zhì)量和勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的前提下降低了生產(chǎn)成本。本夾具為鉆床使用 的專用夾具,其特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)單 及 生產(chǎn)率高,滿足機(jī)床夾具總體方案設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求,具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性。 關(guān)鍵詞: 撥叉殼體;加工工藝;專用夾具 II Abstract The graduation design is the main content of the machining process planning preparation and special fixture design process.
