蘭州石化職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 論焊接應(yīng)力變形 姓名:王修亮 單位:延邊工業(yè)學(xué)校 培訓(xùn)專業(yè):焊接技術(shù) 時(shí)間: —— 關(guān)于焊接應(yīng)力應(yīng)變問(wèn)題的分析與探討 摘要: 傳統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為在焊縫及近縫區(qū)存在著殘余壓縮塑性應(yīng)變,而近幾年有學(xué)者提出焊縫不存在殘余壓縮塑性應(yīng)變,只存在拉伸應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變,在焊后焊縫當(dāng)中不可能存在殘余壓縮塑性變形,從而對(duì)消除殘余應(yīng)力的方法進(jìn)行了重新論述,現(xiàn)根據(jù)這種新的觀點(diǎn)及消除殘余應(yīng)力的若干問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)接焊縫的數(shù)值模擬來(lái)驗(yàn)證這種新觀點(diǎn)是否正確,并就消除殘余應(yīng)力應(yīng)變問(wèn)題針對(duì)一些矛盾的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和討論。 關(guān)鍵詞:殘余應(yīng)力,應(yīng)變,數(shù)值模擬 Analysis and Discussion About Forming Mechanism of Welding Residual Stress and Correlation Problem Yang Jiangguo Zhang Xueqiu Liu Xuesong Fang Hongyuan (State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding Production Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, 150001) Abstract: Residual pressive plastic strain presents in the weld and heat affected zone from traditional views, but some scholars put forward that no residual pressive plastic strain lies in the weld, only tensile stress and strain, therefore no pressive plastic distortion is produced and think methods of removing the residual stress should be discussed renewedly.
