【正文】 石河子大學(xué)動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文 石河子 部分規(guī)模豬場(chǎng) 副豬嗜血桿菌 病 血清學(xué)調(diào)查 院 （系）： 動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 動(dòng)物醫(yī) 學(xué) 學(xué) 號(hào)： 2022133505 姓 名： 聶疆 指導(dǎo)教師： 李劼 （副教授） 新疆 石河子 I 摘 要 為 了解副豬嗜血桿菌 病在石河子墾區(qū)的感染情況，采用 血清學(xué)方法進(jìn)行了副豬嗜血桿菌 抗體檢測(cè) ，并對(duì)抗體陽(yáng)性血清進(jìn)行了其它呼吸道病混合感染血清學(xué)調(diào)查 。結(jié)果 ： 330 份血清樣品 HPS 抗體陽(yáng)性率為 %(199/330)， 12 個(gè)豬場(chǎng)感染陽(yáng)性率為 %(11/12)； 199 份陽(yáng)性血清中， %(49/199) 感染了 H1N1 亞型SIV， %(98/199)感染了 Mhp， %(168/199)感染了 PCV2， %(70/199)感染了 APP， %(99/199)感染了 SS2。說(shuō)明墾區(qū)大部分規(guī)模豬場(chǎng)存在 HPS 感染情況，且混合感染情況比較嚴(yán)重。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 副豬嗜血桿菌病 ； 血清學(xué) ； 調(diào)查 Abstract In order to Haemophilus parasuisantibody of 330 serum samples from 12 different scale pig farms in ShiHezi was examined by indirect hemagglutination reaction , and survey mixed infection status. Results: Antibody positive rate were % (199/330) of 330 serum samples, the infection rate was % (11/12) of 12 scale pig farms。In 199 positive serum, %(49/199) infected H1N1,%(98/199) infected Mhp,%(168/199) infected PCV2,%70/199) infected APP,%(99/199) infected SS2。 The survey showed that there was HPS in most of the scale pig farms,and mixed infection situation was serious.
