【正文】 攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 摘要 I 摘 要 CAN(控制器局域網(wǎng)總線的簡稱 )是英文 Controller Area Network 的首字母組合而成的,它是現(xiàn)場總線的一種 ,它與我們常見的 USB 總線屬于一類概念,只不過 CAN總線采用差分信號(hào)傳輸,有很強(qiáng)的錯(cuò)誤檢測能力,通信距離遠(yuǎn),因此被用到一些特殊的場合,比如汽車,廠礦等干擾較強(qiáng)的地方。同時(shí)廣泛用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的設(shè)備與設(shè)備之間的連接,伴隨著工業(yè)水平的不斷提高,自動(dòng)化程度不斷提高,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和模塊分布化的要求也越高。本文通過在 CAN總線中增加一個(gè)內(nèi)嵌 GPRS通訊模塊的 CAN 總線節(jié)點(diǎn)的方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)基于 GPRS 無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的 CAN 總線遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的目的,利用 GPRS 的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢 ,運(yùn)用 TCP/IP 協(xié)議 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)了 CAN 總線IP協(xié)議和無線報(bào)文的相互轉(zhuǎn)換并使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或無線 GPRS網(wǎng)傳遞 CAN總線所要傳達(dá)的報(bào)文信息 ,更加深刻的詮釋了現(xiàn)場總線和實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場總線 CAN,致力于對(duì)各種 CAN總線進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程集中監(jiān)控 ,統(tǒng)一管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)。降低整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)運(yùn)行成本 ,提高整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率 ,使其可以滿足控制方式的多樣性和靈活性。 由于自動(dòng)化技術(shù)在工礦企業(yè)的廣泛運(yùn)用 , 在國內(nèi)外領(lǐng)域潛孔鉆基本都也是運(yùn)用 CAN總線控制運(yùn)用 CAN總線無線技術(shù),突破 傳統(tǒng)線路的局限,將傳統(tǒng)的長長的電纜線切掉,用無線數(shù)據(jù)模塊傳輸和接受分析傳輸數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)潛鉆孔無線控制爆破,降低施工的危險(xiǎn)系數(shù),同時(shí)增加可控性和遠(yuǎn)程控制,突破傳統(tǒng)的多線路復(fù)雜的控制模式。 關(guān)鍵詞 CAN總線, GPRS,遠(yuǎn)程控制,潛孔鉆 攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT CAN Controller (Controller local Area Network bus for short) is English Area of the initials of the Network, it is a kind of field bus, it belongs to the category concept, and our mon USB bus just CAN bus adopts the differential signal transmission, have strong ability of error detection, munication distance, therefore is used in some special occasions, such as cars, factories and mines, such as interfering with the strong place. At the same time, widely used in industrial production of the connection between the devices and equipment, with industrial level unceasing enhancement, the improve degree of automation, requirements of the distribution work and module also is higher. In this paper, through adding an embedded in CAN bus of the GPRS munication module of CAN bus node method to realize remote monitoring based on GPRS wireless work of CAN bus, the purpose of using the GPRS technology characteristic and work advantages, using TCP/IP protocol, IP protocol implements the CAN bus and wireless message transformation and using the Inter or by wireless GPRS work transmission CAN bus to convey the message information, a more profound interpretation of field bus and the CAN fieldbus, mitment to the remote centralized monitoring of CAN bus, the implementation of unified management, reduce the maintenance costs of the whole system, improve the running efficiency of the whole system, make its CAN satisfy the diversity and flexibility of control mode. As automation technology is widely applied in industrial and mining enterprises, the basic is the use of CAN bus control using CAN bus wireless technology in domestic and foreign field drilling hole, break through the traditional lines of the limitations, the traditional long cable cut off, with wireless data module for transmitting and receiving wireless control achieve drilling blasting transmission data analysis, risk reduction coefficient construction, at the same time increase controllability and remote control, control model of multiple line break the traditional plex.
