【正文】 編號： 桂林電子科技大學信息科技學院 實訓 設計 (論文 )說明書 題 目： 磚頭 生產(chǎn)線的 PLC 控制 系 別： 機電工程系 專 業(yè)： 電氣 工程及其自動化 學生姓名： 余文林 學 號： 1253400410 指導教師： 廖曉梅 職 稱： 高級工程師 題目類型： 理論研究 實驗研究 工程設計 工程技術(shù)研究 軟件開發(fā) 應用研究 2022 年 6 月 20 日 √ √ 摘 要 隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展，自動生產(chǎn)已占據(jù)了工業(yè)中不可取代的位置 在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個領域，機械加工企業(yè)為了提高生產(chǎn)效率，采用機械化流水作業(yè)的方式，對不同類 型的零件分別組成的自動生產(chǎn)線。隨著產(chǎn)品機型的更新?lián)Q代，生產(chǎn)線承擔的加工對象也隨之改變，這就需要改變控制程序，使生產(chǎn)線的機械設備按新的工藝過程運行，而繼電接觸器控制器系統(tǒng)是采用固定接線，很難適應這個要求，大型自動生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)使用的繼電器數(shù)量很多，隨著 PLC 的應用日益普及 ,其使用方法簡單 ,便于掌握 ,且可靠性極高 ,抗干擾性很強 ,自身具有完善的功能 .模塊化的結(jié)構(gòu) ,使其在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)線上的應用越來越廣泛 。 當然，培養(yǎng)設計和操作自動產(chǎn)線的人才也是至關重要的。 磚塊的 自動化生產(chǎn)也離不開 PLC 的 控制， 主要 使用的電氣設備有注水 機和原料注入機、傳送 帶 、 擠 磚機、切磚機、高溫成型機等 由 PLC 控制 最終形成成型的磚頭。 本系統(tǒng)由三菱 FX2N 型 PLC 控制整個生產(chǎn)線，包括 自動 加 原料、自動工作 攪拌 機 、傳送機 、 擠磚 機 、切磚 機、 高溫成型機 等幾個部分 組成 。 關鍵詞： 自動生產(chǎn)線 ； PLC；控制 ； 磚頭生產(chǎn)； FX2N型 PLC Abstract With the development of science and technology, automatic production has dominated the industry irreplaceable position in the areas of industrial production, machinery processing enterprises in order to improve the production efficiency, with the method of mechanized production line, for different types of parts of automatic production line, respectively. With the upgrading of products, the production line for processing object changes, this will require a change control procedures, make the production line of machinery and equipment according to the new process to run, and relay contactor control system is to adopt the fixed connection, it is hard to adapt this requirement, a large number of relay automatic production line control system using a lot, as the application of PLC is increasingly popular, the use method is simple, easy to master, and high reliability, strong antiinterference, itself has the perfect function. Modular structure, make its application more and more widely in industrial production line. Of course, training design and operation of automatic production line to talents is also very important.
