【正文】 編號(hào)： 桂林電子科技大學(xué)信息科技學(xué)院 實(shí)訓(xùn) 設(shè)計(jì) (論文 )說明書 題 目： 磚頭 生產(chǎn)線的 PLC 控制 系 別： 機(jī)電工程系 專 業(yè)： 電氣 工程及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生姓名： 余文林 學(xué) 號(hào)： 1253400410 指導(dǎo)教師： 廖曉梅 職 稱： 高級(jí)工程師 題目類型： 理論研究 實(shí)驗(yàn)研究 工程設(shè)計(jì) 工程技術(shù)研究 軟件開發(fā) 應(yīng)用研究 2022 年 6 月 20 日 √ √ 摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)已占據(jù)了工業(yè)中不可取代的位置 在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，機(jī)械加工企業(yè)為了提高生產(chǎn)效率，采用機(jī)械化流水作業(yè)的方式，對(duì)不同類 型的零件分別組成的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。隨著產(chǎn)品機(jī)型的更新?lián)Q代，生產(chǎn)線承擔(dān)的加工對(duì)象也隨之改變，這就需要改變控制程序，使生產(chǎn)線的機(jī)械設(shè)備按新的工藝過程運(yùn)行，而繼電接觸器控制器系統(tǒng)是采用固定接線，很難適應(yīng)這個(gè)要求，大型自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)使用的繼電器數(shù)量很多，隨著 PLC 的應(yīng)用日益普及 ,其使用方法簡單 ,便于掌握 ,且可靠性極高 ,抗干擾性很強(qiáng) ,自身具有完善的功能 .模塊化的結(jié)構(gòu) ,使其在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)線上的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛 。 當(dāng)然，培養(yǎng)設(shè)計(jì)和操作自動(dòng)產(chǎn)線的人才也是至關(guān)重要的。 磚塊的 自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)也離不開 PLC 的 控制， 主要 使用的電氣設(shè)備有注水 機(jī)和原料注入機(jī)、傳送 帶 、 擠 磚機(jī)、切磚機(jī)、高溫成型機(jī)等 由 PLC 控制 最終形成成型的磚頭。 本系統(tǒng)由三菱 FX2N 型 PLC 控制整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線，包括 自動(dòng) 加 原料、自動(dòng)工作 攪拌 機(jī) 、傳送機(jī) 、 擠磚 機(jī) 、切磚 機(jī)、 高溫成型機(jī) 等幾個(gè)部分 組成 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線 ； PLC；控制 ； 磚頭生產(chǎn)； FX2N型 PLC Abstract With the development of science and technology, automatic production has dominated the industry irreplaceable position in the areas of industrial production, machinery processing enterprises in order to improve the production efficiency, with the method of mechanized production line, for different types of parts of automatic production line, respectively.
