New Product Development NPD(新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程 ) 指導(dǎo)教授:謝焸君 團(tuán)隊(duì)成員: 0000 鄭美芳、江寶焜 李岳桓、陳炫穎 黃志揚(yáng)、陸聰文 第二組 為何需要新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與流程 ?? ? 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)是什麼 ?? 一個(gè)團(tuán)體根據(jù)需要 ,訂定計(jì)劃 ,組織人員 ,開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)與驗(yàn)證樣品 ,並使之能大量複製與販?zhǔn)壑^程稱之新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程 . ? 為何需要新產(chǎn)品開發(fā) ?? 一個(gè)以服務(wù)產(chǎn)生營利之團(tuán)體 ,為使之利潤來源能持續(xù)不斷 ,必需在 原有產(chǎn)品利潤降低或開拓新事業(yè)領(lǐng)域時(shí) ,進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以維持適當(dāng)利潤使團(tuán)體存活 . ? 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 大量複製代表大量材料與金錢投入 ,若產(chǎn)品有任何重大瑕疵 ,將會(huì)造成產(chǎn)品退貨 ,輕者損失商譽(yù)賠錢解決 ,嚴(yán)重可能使公司經(jīng)營發(fā)生困難 ? 降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提升利潤 經(jīng)由適當(dāng)有效流程控制 ,複製經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,確保產(chǎn)品開發(fā)品質(zhì)控管機(jī)制 ,以提升量產(chǎn)之品質(zhì) ,減低公司營運(yùn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 。經(jīng)由經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享 ,減少犯錯(cuò)機(jī)會(huì) ,縮短開發(fā)時(shí)間 ,使產(chǎn)品快速上市 ,以取得最佳利潤 . NPI : New Product Introduction NPI is a process to transfer design results from the development team of UXX / customer into mass production through sample builds and pilot run activities. ? NPD : New Product Development Besides the NPI activities , It also included product design and design verification and validation related activities . Pass Fail Gating NPD Phase OEM / ODM / JDM / OBM Business operation ? OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturing ), Design is done by the customer, UXX provides manufacturing service only. UXX’s participation is limited to Sample build, Pilot Run, and mass production . ? ODM ( Original Design Manufacturing ), UXX provides all services of the NPD processes starting with the Concept Phase and taking it to mass production. Planning phase participation will depend on product ownership. UXX will drive the Planning activities if it has ownership of the product. Otherwise the customer will drive the Planning activities . ? JDM ( Joint Design Manufacturing ), Besides the service of OEM, the development process is jointly owned by both UXX and the customer. Roles and responsibilities will be based on mutual agreements between the two parties . ? OBM ( Own Branding Manufacturing ), UXX owns all phases of the NPD process plus sales, marketing, distribution , and service to end of life . The other type after discussion and agree belong to refresh type project. Extension project Package design change, no product design change. Country configuration extension, no related to product design modification. The other type after discussion and agree belong to extension type project.
