【正文】 ReceptorMediated Endocytosis 受體介導(dǎo)的 內(nèi)吞作用 組員： 康艷春 張柳 Introduction Receptor mediated endocytosis(RME) is an endocytotic mechanism in which specific molecules are ingested into the cell. The specificity results from a receptorligand interaction. Receptors on the plasma membrane of the target tissue will specifically bind to ligands on the outside of the cell. An endocytotic process occurs and the ligand is ingested. In 1964,Thomas Roth and Keith Porter reported on the mechanism by which yolk proteins might be taken into the oocytes（卵母細(xì)胞） of mosquitoes 報(bào)道了蚊子的卵黃蛋白進(jìn)入卵母細(xì)胞的可能機(jī)制 一項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究： 提出問題 → 觀察 → 推測 Raise the question: How are the highmolecularweight yolk proteins able to enter the oocyte? 問題的提出： 高相對分子質(zhì)量的卵黃蛋白如何進(jìn)入卵黃細(xì)胞？ Notice: during stages of rapid oocyte growth, there was a dramatic increase in the number of pitlike depressions seen on the surface of the oocyte. 注意到： 在卵黃細(xì)胞快速 生長的階段，其細(xì)胞表面 小窩樣凹陷的數(shù)目劇增， 這些小窩是由質(zhì)膜的內(nèi)陷 形成的，并且在小窩的內(nèi) 表面覆蓋著一層剛毛狀的 外被。 Visualization of coated pits (P) and vesicles (V) suggested that endocytosis was specific.
