【正文】 預定標準時間系統(tǒng) PTS (Predetermined time standards) Prepared by: Dr. TsungNan Tsai 結束 2 2022/1/4 工作研究 簡介 ?PTS 為現代 動作與標準時間 發(fā)展技術 。 ?所有作業(yè)皆可分解至 基本作業(yè)動作 ，且每一作業(yè)動作可擁有 個別作業(yè)時間值 。 ?於 PTS中，吾輩可將每一個作業(yè)可利用基本作業(yè)動作加以分解，並將所有動作 加諸時間值 紀錄於 PTS表單上。經由 PTS，吾輩可以基本作業(yè)動作描述作業(yè)方法。 ?於生產開始前可應用 PTS進行分析。 結束 3 2022/1/4 工作研究 What can PTS do? 1. Develop the best method 2. Establish the time standard 3. Help develop standard data (see chapter 10) 4. Establish labor cost 5. Help justify better tooling 6. Help select the best machine for the job 7. Assist in the training of the operator in the best method 8. Develop motion consciousness and cost consciousness in supervisors, engineers, and employees 9. Settle grievances in connection with time standards. See page: 142 結束 4 2022/1/4 工作研究 Methods time measurement (MTM) Family MTM (developed by Maynard et al.) in 1948. 其為眾所皆知之 PTS。 MTM1具有 10種細微動作元件，每一個元件以 TMU (timemeasured units, hours)單位表示之。 1 min = 1,667 TMUs. MTM1 元件包括： Reach, Move, Turn, Apply pressure, Grasp, Position, Release, Disengage, Eye movements, and Body movements.(1700 values) 一般需要約 80小時學習使用 MTM1技術 (執(zhí)照 ) MTM2 and MTM3 系統(tǒng)從事時間衡量較為快速，但準確度較低。 結束 5 2022/1/4 工作研究 MODAPTS Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards (MODAPTS) 常應用人工作業(yè)之 PTS發(fā)展與工作站人體工學研究 (專注於上半身動作 )。 可應用於人機匹配之 PTS建立。 每一個分析過程包含動作類別： ?移動 (movement): body member moved ?結束動作 (Terminal): what type and difficulty of manipulation occurred at the end of the move. ?輔助物 (Auxiliary): walk, sit, stand, read, decide, vocalize, and other miscellaneous activities that occur infrequently. 結束 6 2022/1/4 工作研究 MODAPTS MODAPTS is useful to those concerned with workplace ergonomics. 此系統(tǒng)通常著重於 身體相關部位動作 分析。 其 不可 應用於作業(yè)績效分析 Ford’s UAW – see page:146 結束 7 2022/1/
