【正文】 I 摘要 該畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文根據(jù) ZS1105 柴油機箱體的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，在充分論證的基礎(chǔ)上 正確的 制定箱體的加工工藝路線 。根據(jù)機械制造中的相關(guān)公式選擇、 計算各工藝參數(shù)，填寫加工工藝規(guī)程 。此外，還根據(jù)實際的加工條件 計算出 相應(yīng)的 時間定額， 而且恰當(dāng)?shù)?選取 經(jīng)濟、合理 的機床和 刀具 填寫 工序過程卡片 。 除上述外，還要 設(shè)計針對該箱體 鏜 孔加工工藝的專用組合機床及專用夾具，完成“三圖一卡”及夾具的全套圖紙。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： ZS1105 柴油機箱體；加工工藝；鏜床專用夾具 II Abstract According to the structural characteristics of ZS1105 diesel engine, the design is based on the argument in full right to develop the processing technology cabi line.
