Based on the thinking above, we put our assumptions into practice, the building of the flat of IRM of EG, with the ASP technology and VBScript language. After deeply analyses to several internal economy information websites, we locate the flat on the Qizhou Economy Information Net (QEINet), to provide the macroeconomy information service to local citizens. This paper covers the whole course of Information System Development, including IS analysis, IS design and IS deployment, and introduces the key technologies, the creation points and some difficulties in the course. At the last there is a sumup and prospect of this flat.
