【正文】 大 連 民 族 學(xué) 院 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論 文) 基于 PLC 的 養(yǎng)殖車間控制 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院(系): 機(jī)電信息工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 評(píng) 閱 教 師: 完 成 日 期: 2020 年 6 月 14 日 大連民族學(xué)院 基于 PLC 的 養(yǎng)殖車間控制 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 本 文介紹了 基于 PLC 的 養(yǎng)殖車間 控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。文中首先對(duì) 傳統(tǒng)的畜牧養(yǎng)殖車間的現(xiàn)狀及其弊端進(jìn)行分析 ,然后 通過(guò) 基于 PLC 和 變頻器控制的自動(dòng)進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)除雜系統(tǒng)和車間環(huán)境控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化系統(tǒng)升級(jí)。文中 詳細(xì)介紹了 養(yǎng)殖車間布局設(shè)計(jì)、總體電路設(shè)計(jì)及控制 系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì), 其中 軟件設(shè)計(jì) 是在 Step7中進(jìn)行模擬 ,最后指出運(yùn)行調(diào)試中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題 及 解決方法 。養(yǎng)殖 車間控制 系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行可實(shí)現(xiàn) 進(jìn)料、除雜和環(huán)境控制的手動(dòng)控制及自動(dòng)控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化養(yǎng)殖 。 自動(dòng)化養(yǎng)殖不僅可以節(jié)省大量的人力,還可以最大限度的提高原材料利用率,這充分的體現(xiàn)著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展由資源消耗型向集約型的轉(zhuǎn)變。在我國(guó)國(guó)家工業(yè)化與農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的大背景下,在我國(guó)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)還處于傳統(tǒng)階段的前提下,在我國(guó)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)牛肉供不應(yīng)求、需求量缺口繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大的壓力下,利用現(xiàn)代控制技術(shù)升級(jí)傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)殖的工業(yè)化與自動(dòng)化,這不僅可以滿足民生需求,還能通過(guò)最優(yōu)養(yǎng)殖獲得最大利潤(rùn)利潤(rùn)。自動(dòng)養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)實(shí)可行,前景廣闊。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC; MM440 變頻器 ; 自動(dòng)養(yǎng)殖 基于 PLC 的 養(yǎng)殖車間控制 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract This paper introduces the design process of the PLCbased control system in farming workshops. Firstly it analyze the current situations and drawbacks on the traditional animal husbandry, and then upgrade the system and modernize it, based on PLC and invertercontrol automatic feeding system, automatic impurity systems and workshop environmental control systems. Secondly this article describes in detail the layout design of the farming workshop, the overall circuit design and the hardware, software design relating control system, and software design is carried out in simulated Step7. Finally, it points out problems in the process of debugging and puts forward relative solutions. Operation of the control system in farming workshops can realize the manual and automatic control of feeding, cleaning and environmental controlling. Automatic farming can not only save a lot of manpower, but maximize utilization of raw materials also, which reflect fully the swift of this country39。s economic development from resourceconsumption to energyefficiency. In the background of industrialization and rural urbanization, China39。s aquaculture industry is still in the traditional stage and beef is in short supply in consumer market, the gap continues to expand. Under the condition of that, we can use modern control technology to upgrade traditional farming methods, to achieve the industrialization and automation of farming which can not only meet people39。s needs, but also maximize farmers’ profits. This method of automatic farming is realistic, with a vast prospect.
