【正文】 33基于PLC的花樣噴泉控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計基于PLC的花樣噴泉設(shè)計摘要針對傳統(tǒng)的噴泉控制系統(tǒng)一旦設(shè)計好控制電路，就不能隨意改變噴水花樣及噴水時間等問題，本設(shè)計結(jié)合西門子 S7200 可編程控制器設(shè)計能適應(yīng)不同季節(jié)、不同場合的噴水要求目的的花樣噴泉系統(tǒng)?；訃娙刂葡到y(tǒng)的主要任務(wù)就是改變噴泉的噴水樣式，以達到有規(guī)律的改變噴泉噴水樣式的目的。按下啟動按鈕，噴泉裝置開始工作，按下停止按鈕，噴泉控制裝置停止工作。噴泉工作方式由花樣選擇開關(guān)和單步∕連續(xù)開關(guān)決定。當(dāng)單步∕連續(xù)開關(guān)選擇單步時，噴泉只能按照花樣選擇開關(guān)設(shè)定的方式，運行一個循環(huán)；當(dāng)單步∕連續(xù)開關(guān)選擇連續(xù)時，噴泉按照花樣選擇開關(guān)設(shè)定的方式，運行多個循環(huán)，直至按下停止按鈕。花樣循環(huán)方式選擇開關(guān)用于選擇噴泉的噴水花樣，本文設(shè)計四種噴水花樣循環(huán)。PLC控制系統(tǒng)體積小、功能強、可靠性高，且具有較大的靈活性和可擴展性的特點。用PLC花樣噴泉控制系統(tǒng)，不但實現(xiàn)了自動轉(zhuǎn)換花樣噴泉的噴水樣式，提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性，而且，美化了我們的生活環(huán)境，使我們的生活環(huán)境更加安逸、舒適。因此PLC控制系統(tǒng)具有一定的工程應(yīng)用和推廣價值。關(guān)鍵詞：噴泉，PLC控制，花樣噴泉系統(tǒng)The pattern design based on PLC fountainAbstractIn traditional fountain control system design good control circuit, once can39。t change pattern and water spraying time such issues, the design with Siemens s7200 PLC design can adapt to different season , different occasions of hydraulic requirements the pattern of the fountain system purpose.
