【正文】 三 江 學(xué) 院 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 基于單片機(jī)的電容電感測量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 電氣與自動(dòng)化工程學(xué)院 院（系） 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化 專業(yè) 學(xué)生姓名 吳含 學(xué)號(hào) 12020071010 指導(dǎo)教師 康明才 職稱 副教授 指導(dǎo)教師工作單位 南京理工大學(xué) 起訖日期 摘 要 隨著電子工業(yè)的發(fā)展，電子元器件急劇增加，電子元器件的適用范圍也逐漸廣泛起來，在應(yīng)用中我們常常要測定電容電感的大小。因此，設(shè)計(jì)可靠，安全，便捷的電容電感測試儀具有極大的現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性。 本文分析測量了電容和電感量原理并且研究了單片機(jī)測量頻率的方法，介紹了以 MCS51 單片機(jī)為核心的電容電感測量系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，將電容電感使用對(duì)應(yīng)的振蕩電路轉(zhuǎn)化為頻率實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)參數(shù)的測量。該測試儀具有低功耗、高精度、攜帶方便等特點(diǎn)，把所測數(shù)據(jù)保存在單片機(jī)里，然后通過 LCD 顯示。其中電容是采用 555多諧振蕩電路產(chǎn)生的，而電感則是根據(jù)電容三點(diǎn)式產(chǎn)生的。本設(shè)計(jì)采用 Keil51 為仿真平臺(tái)，設(shè)計(jì)測量系統(tǒng)軟件包括主程序模塊、顯示模塊、電容測試模塊和電感測試模塊。最后測試結(jié)果表明，本設(shè)計(jì)性能穩(wěn)定，測量精度高。 關(guān)鍵詞： MCS51 單片機(jī)； Keil51 仿真平臺(tái)；電容；電感； LCD Abstract With the development of electronic industry, electronic ponents rapidly increased the scope of electronic ponents bees more and more popularin the application,we often measured the size of the inductor and ,the design of reliable,safe,has a great practical necessity capacitance inductance tester convenient.
