This paper analyzes the method to measure the capacitance and inductance of the principle and measure the frequency of SCM,the system design of capacitance and inductance measurement using MCS51 microcontroller as the core of the oscillation circuit capacitance and inductance using the corresponding frequency into the measurement parameters to achieve instrument has the characteristics of low power consumption,high precision,easy to carry,the measured data is stored in the microcontroller,and thenthrough the LED capacitance is generated by the 555 multivibrator circuit,but the inductance is generated according to the three point design uses Keil51 as the simulation platform,the design of the measurement system software consists of main program module,display module,test module capacitance and inductance test test results show that the design of stable performance,high measurement precision.
