【正文】 遼寧科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 I 頁 臥式加工中心主傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要 數(shù)控加工中心是一種備有刀庫并能自動更換刀具對工件進行多工序加工的數(shù)控機床。它綜合了機械技術(shù)、電子技術(shù)、計算機軟件技術(shù)、氣動技術(shù)、拖動技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代控制理論、測量及傳感技術(shù)以及通訊診斷和應用編程技術(shù)的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。加工中心適合于加工形狀復雜、加工工序多、精度要求較高、需要用多種類型的普通機床和眾多的工藝裝備,且需經(jīng)多次裝夾和調(diào)整才能完成加工的零件。數(shù)控加工中心主傳動系統(tǒng)是由主軸電動機、主軸傳動系統(tǒng)以及主軸組件組成。本文對數(shù)控加工中心的功能與發(fā)展趨勢進行了簡單的論述,著重論述了臥式 加工中心主傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,其內(nèi)容包括電動機的選擇、確定傳動方案、擬定轉(zhuǎn)速圖、齒輪的設(shè)計與校核、主軸的設(shè)計及各傳動軸的設(shè)計與各傳動軸的剛度校核。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 主軸箱;無極變速; 傳動系統(tǒng) 遼寧科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 II 頁 Horizontal processing center main transmission system design Abstract Processing center is equipped with a sword and can change automatic library tool on the more process of numerical control machine.
