【正文】 1 摘 要 向夾送輥可分為平送斜出和斜送平出兩種類型。從基本工作原理出發(fā)建立了 斜送平出式轉(zhuǎn)向夾送輥的力學(xué)模型,利用彈塑性彎曲變形理論推導(dǎo)出上下夾送輥半徑比、偏移距、偏移角以及實際咬入角的定量計算公式,實例計算結(jié)果與國外進口設(shè)備吻合,為今后該類裝置的自主設(shè)計提供了有益的參考 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 轉(zhuǎn)向夾送輥 偏移角 咬入角 彈塑性彎曲變形 2 ABSTRACT : Here are two types of steering withdrawal roll inproduction. Which are horizon entrance with declivity with draw and declivity entrance with horizon withdraw. In this paper. mechamical model was established on base of the basic principle of operation of steering withdrawal roll with declivity entrance and horizon withdraw . In virtue of the elastic and plastic bending deformation theory quantified calculating formula wa8 deduced for radius ratio of up roll to down roll, deflection distance, deflection angle and practical nip ansle. The calculated result turned out according witll the practical evidence of device from overseas. and afford theory basis for designing the type of steering withdrawal roll with independence. The conclusion provide the theory instruction of the production.
