【正文】 [鍵入文字 ] [鍵入文字 ] 水泥 生產 包裝車間粉塵控制技術研究 摘要 近年來,我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出復雜多變和不穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,環(huán)境惡化、安全問題等不斷給我國經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來阻力, 水泥制品產業(yè)作為我國一個傳統(tǒng)和成熟的產業(yè),是國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,然而,在國家初期,有很多的企業(yè),為了追求單純的經(jīng)濟增長,導致水泥行業(yè)所帶來的問題,沒有得到及時的解決和處理,相對應的防護技術打不到標準,因此造成連續(xù)的事故和傷亡,甚至對于人類和環(huán)境造成長期的影響。 本課題采用現(xiàn)場調研檢測、數(shù)學模擬與計算相結合的方法進行研究。首先,查閱與粉塵擴散規(guī)律及控制相 關的資料,進行現(xiàn)場情況調研并收集現(xiàn)場資料;其次,根據(jù)收集資料確定所需技術參數(shù);然后,通過模擬數(shù)值計算;最后,通過計算分析提出粉塵控制方案。 關鍵詞 : 水泥 水泥包裝車間 粉塵 控制 [鍵入文字 ] [鍵入文字 ] RESEARCH ON CEMENT PACKAGING WORKSHOP DUST CONTROL TECHNOLOGY Abstract In recent years, the economic development of our country present a plex and volatile situation, environmental degradation, security problem constantly brings to the sustainable development of the economy in our country, such as resistance, cement products industry as a traditional and mature industry in China, is an important part of national economy, however, in the early part of the country, there are a lot of enterprises, in pursuit of pure economic growth, cause in the process of the cement industry, didn39。t get timely solve and processing, the corresponding protection technology can39。t standards, thus causing accidents and casualties in a row, or even a longterm impact on human and environment. This subject adopts the site investigation testing, mathematical simulation and calculation method of bining the study. First of all, access to dust diffusion regularity and control related data, onsite survey and site information collection。 Secondly, according to the collected data determine the required technical parameters。 Then, by simulating numerical calculation。 Finally, through calculation and analysis of dust control scheme is put forward.
