Using the PLC to control digital control bined with touch screen remote operation and monitoring functions, the high reliability of the system, programming, missioning and operation and maintenance simple, especially for plex control system, the advantage is more obvious. Mitsubishi PLC controlled digital display, touch screen and PLC munications, digital control of the status display on the touch screen and even control on the touch screen digital control. This paper first introduces the history and development of the PLC, and then were analyzed for PLC selection and FX series PLC overview. Then the Mitsubishi PLC programming software (GX Developer), Mitsubishi touch screen programming software (GT Designer2) as well as Mitsubishi touch screen A960GOT.
