The puter has bee an indispensable factor in modern hospitals. At present a lot of hospital information management is relatively backward, high labor intensity and low efficiency, therefore, the development of hospital management information system will improve the efficiency of hospital. A very important and plicated affairs hospital drug management, warehousing, storage, outbound needed drugs and many operation, which makes the use of drug inventory management system to manage such affairs has a very good effect. This system is developed for the business management of drug stock in hospital, but between developers and users of the industry, area difference, the difference between the developers and users of this system function understanding. In order to enable developers to understand the user39。s purpose, developed system of customer satisfaction, to better achieve the user39。s requirements。 at the same time in order to users can clearly know the function and effect of this system, so it needs analysis, and to document the form to record. Through the demand analysis report, between developers and users of munication is more convenient, but also conducive to the developers to fully analyze the needs of customers, and thus developed has powerful functions, the system of customer satisfaction.
