Analysis of the cylinder abnormal wear, cause of from the design, manufacturing, installation and use, maintenance, repair, so as to work out, this paper discusses the formation of the abnormal cylinder liner wear law and its harm, puts forward the prevention to solve all wear the method of fault. This research helps to grasp the production mechanism of wear and rule to take active measures to prevent and repair technology. On diesel engine design installation, use maintenance has some significance, are also good for improving Marine diesel engine39。s life and the use benefit of the mechanical equipment.
