【正文】 *********成人教育學(xué)院 學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文 年 級(jí)： ****級(jí) 學(xué)習(xí)形式及層次： 專升本 學(xué) 院： ******** 專 業(yè)： 土木工程 論 文 題 目： 外墻保溫開裂、滲漏的原因與防治措施 學(xué) 生 姓 名： ****** 學(xué) 號(hào)： *********** 論文完成時(shí)間： 二 0 一二年五月 摘要： 隨著我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)的深入開展， 2021年起 全國(guó)大部分大中城市都在積極推廣外墻外保溫節(jié)能技術(shù)，一些相對(duì)成熟的保溫體系（如膠粉聚笨顆粒保溫砂漿體系、聚笨板薄抹灰體系等）開始得到廣泛應(yīng)用。 由于建筑工程的特殊性和偶然性以及 區(qū)域性的氣候差異、季節(jié)更替的溫度變化及保溫系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性，外墻保溫工程中出現(xiàn)了許多開裂、滲漏等質(zhì)量問題， 因其對(duì)房屋的正常使用功能影響較大，輕者墻面龜裂、泛潮、發(fā)黃、發(fā)黑影響美觀，重者聚笨顆粒層空翹，雨水順墻而下，遇冷凍后膨脹、開裂，直接導(dǎo)致外墻保溫層大面積脫落，影響正常使用， 嚴(yán)重影響了建筑的外觀形象及使用功能。例如表面不平整造成外觀質(zhì)量差，細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn)處理不到位造成滲、漏水，粘貼不牢造成外墻磚脫落，做法不規(guī)范造成墻面裂縫等。造成這些問題的因素很多，如材料存放及使用不規(guī)范、結(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方案不完善、施工人員的操作水平低、 施工工藝不規(guī)范等。 現(xiàn)就部分工程外墻保溫工程在施工過程中出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題的原因進(jìn)行分析，并提出處理措施。 關(guān)鍵詞：外墻保溫 開裂、滲漏的原因與防治 Abstract: With the deepening of China39。s energysaving undertakings,since 2021 the most cities of China are actively promoting exterior insulation and energysaving technologies, some relatively mature insulation system (such as polyethylene powder stupid insulation particles mortar system, poly stupid plastered system etc.) began to be widely used.
