I 中文摘要 我國(guó)已初步形成了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)品化、商品化進(jìn)程在調(diào)整中不斷完善,電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)培育期向產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展期的過渡階段,如何順利實(shí)現(xiàn)過渡,迎來電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的高峰,是當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。 本文主要研究了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行。首先,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的建模原理、建模方法以及建模軟件,奠定了論文的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模工具 Vensim 軟件,構(gòu)建了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng) 的內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制,剖析了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各組成要素之間的因果反饋關(guān)系,并進(jìn)行了模型的仿真運(yùn)行和靈敏度分析;最后,結(jié)合模型運(yùn)行結(jié)果,分別從人才層面、技術(shù)層面、企業(yè)層面提出了促進(jìn)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。 研究成果表明:人才已成為電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在;政府管制是推動(dòng)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的重要因素;企業(yè)家精神是產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的“靈魂”;由于電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是新興的產(chǎn)業(yè),大部分成果都屬于基礎(chǔ)性研究,應(yīng)用性較差,所以,我國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車企業(yè)在今后一段時(shí)間里還要更加重視人才培養(yǎng),科技創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步。 本文的特色在于:基于系統(tǒng)科學(xué)理論,運(yùn) 用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模工具 Vensim軟件構(gòu)建了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型并仿真運(yùn)行,在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。 關(guān)鍵詞:系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué);電動(dòng)汽車;產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)[鍵入文字 ] II 英文摘要 Tenth FiveYear period, China has basically pleted its industrialization of electric vehicles ready. This paper studies the principle of the system dynamics method and its application, bined with the basic concepts of system dynamics, modeling theory, modeling and simulation of these steps to create the electric car industry innovation system dynamics model, the use of simulation software Vesim operation and sensitivity analysis, concluded that the adoption of the final results and to make appropriate policy remendations.
