本科生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))原創(chuàng)性聲明 本人以信譽(yù)聲明:所呈交的畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))是在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的研究工作及取得的研究成果,論文中引用他人的文獻(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)、圖件、資料等均已明確標(biāo)注出,論文中的結(jié)論和結(jié)果為本人獨(dú)立完成,不包含他人成果及獲得中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)或其他教育機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)位或證書而使用過(guò)的材料。與我一同工作的同志對(duì)本研究所做的任何貢獻(xiàn)均已在論文中作了明確的說(shuō)明并表示了謝意。 畢業(yè)論文作者(簽字): 簽字日期: 年 月 日 摘 要 房屋建筑工程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一般包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 三個(gè)部分。本工程為 黃山市金泰機(jī)械制造廠金 工裝配車間,該車間為三跨不等高單層工業(yè)廠房。按功能要求,該廠房?jī)蛇吙鐬闄C(jī)械加工工段,跨度 18m,軌頂標(biāo)高 9m,柱距 6m,各有 15/3t 中級(jí)工作制吊車兩臺(tái);中跨為機(jī)械裝配工段,跨度 24m,軌頂標(biāo)高 12m,有 30/5t 中級(jí)工作制吊車兩臺(tái),車間總長(zhǎng)為 96m。本工程總建筑面積為 5918㎡,防火等級(jí)為二級(jí),抗 震 設(shè)防烈度為5 度。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用單層裝配式排架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算按橫向排架承重分析。排架柱內(nèi)力計(jì)算考慮以下四種荷載作用:豎向恒載作用下的內(nèi)力,豎向屋面活荷載作用下的內(nèi)力,吊 車荷載作用下的內(nèi)力及風(fēng)荷載作用下的內(nèi)力。排架柱內(nèi)力組合考慮以下四種情況:maxM? 及相應(yīng)的 N 、 V , maxM? 及相應(yīng)的 N 、 V , maxN 及相應(yīng)的 M 、 V 及 minN 及相應(yīng)的 M 、 V 。對(duì)于該單層工業(yè)廠房可不進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì),但須采用構(gòu)造抗震措施。對(duì)于裝配式廠房,多數(shù)構(gòu)件需預(yù)制,對(duì)施工場(chǎng)地平面布置要求嚴(yán)格。本工程將三跨廠房分為三個(gè)施工段進(jìn)行流水施工,對(duì)各工種之間的配合要求較高。構(gòu)件吊裝方法中:柱的吊裝采用旋轉(zhuǎn)法;屋架吊裝采用正向扶直,并用懸吊 法吊裝。 關(guān)鍵詞: 單層工業(yè)廠房 荷載計(jì)算 內(nèi)力分析 計(jì)算配筋 施工組織 ABSTRACT Graduation Project housing projects generally include architectural design, structural design and construction anization design in three parts.
