【正文】 漢語言文化論文：廣東早茶民俗文化現(xiàn)象研究 摘 要： “民以食為天”，這幾乎是一條永恒不變的真理，而飲食文化則必然是人們永恒的話題。在世界飲食圈內(nèi)，中國(guó)的飲食文化是一顆古老而又璀璨的明星。作為一個(gè)中國(guó)人，我們?yōu)樽鎳?guó)悠久的飲食文化而自豪的同時(shí)，也有必要去了解本土的飲食文化。“飲早茶”作為廣東民俗的一大特色，源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，背后蘊(yùn)含著深厚的文化意義。至今仍被人們享用，在一定程度上反映了廣東的地域特色和廣東人的地域心理。時(shí)至今天，對(duì)于廣東人來說，飲早茶已不僅僅是一種“娛樂活動(dòng)”，還是以美食為契機(jī)進(jìn)行的一種溫暖的交流。 而在一些老廣東的心目中，它更是一種不容輕易改換的生活方式。正因?yàn)槿绱?，廣東人把飲早茶，又稱“嘆早茶”，“嘆”是廣州的俗語，為享受之意。飲早茶這一民俗文化的地位在廣東人心中舉足輕重。 關(guān)鍵詞：廣東 。早茶 。文化 。民俗 。文化現(xiàn)象 On the morning tea in Guangdong Folk Culture Phenomenon Abstract： It seems to be an eternal topic to talk about food culture .There is an old Chinese saying Food is one of the ecstasies of life” ,which exactly expresses people all over the world are enthusiastic about food.
