【正文】 安徽理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) JHMB28 慢速絞車(chē)設(shè)計(jì) DESIGN OF JHMB28 LOWSPEED WINCH 學(xué)院(部): 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí): 機(jī) 設(shè) 091 學(xué)生姓名: 付 強(qiáng) 指導(dǎo)教師: 姜志明高工 2021 年 6 月 04 日 安徽理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I JHMB28 慢速絞車(chē)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 絞車(chē)又稱(chēng)為卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī) ,主要運(yùn)用于建筑、水利工程、林業(yè)、礦山、碼頭等的物料升降或 平拖 ,是用卷筒纏繞鋼絲繩或鏈條以提升或牽引重物的輕小型起重設(shè)備 。 JHMB28 型 慢速絞車(chē) 是一種典型的礦山輔助搬運(yùn)設(shè)備。該型絞車(chē)主要適用于煤礦井下有煤塵或爆炸性氣體環(huán)境中在傾角小于 30176。的巷道牽引重物以及采煤工作面液壓支架的撤移、調(diào)向和搬運(yùn)之用。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的思路是先以給定的數(shù)據(jù)確定鋼絲繩的直徑參數(shù) , 而后計(jì)算卷起鋼絲繩的卷 筒的各個(gè)尺寸參數(shù) ,通過(guò)給定的數(shù)據(jù)推出電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和功率,從而選擇電動(dòng)機(jī), 確定傳 動(dòng)比 ,再分配給各個(gè)減速器計(jì)算其各個(gè)參數(shù), 最后計(jì)算及校核各軸、聯(lián)軸器、制動(dòng)器等機(jī) 構(gòu)零件。 本文主要闡述了慢速絞車(chē)的發(fā)展和對(duì)慢速絞車(chē)的具體設(shè)計(jì)以及零部件的選用過(guò)程,本次設(shè)計(jì)中 把兩級(jí)齒輪分別裝在電動(dòng)機(jī)和卷筒的兩側(cè),使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊 ,外形尺寸小 ,減少底座材料的使用降低了成本 ; 成長(zhǎng)條形,底座呈雪橇狀,實(shí)現(xiàn)了可移動(dòng)性,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),安全可靠,操作方便。 由于該機(jī)器用于礦場(chǎng)上 , 所以必須具有一定的防爆能力, 故而 選用防爆電動(dòng)機(jī)代替原來(lái)的鼠籠式電動(dòng)機(jī) ; 絞車(chē)主要采用齒輪 蝸桿傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng),包括圓柱直齒輪傳動(dòng)和圓弧蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)。蝸桿用軸向剖面為圓弧形的砂輪進(jìn)行精加工,可獲得較高的精度,具有承載能力大,傳動(dòng)效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛用于冶金、礦山、化工、建筑、起重等機(jī)械設(shè)備中。 關(guān)鍵字:慢速絞車(chē), 圓弧蝸輪蝸桿減速器,防爆電機(jī),結(jié) 構(gòu)緊湊 安徽理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II DESIGN OF JHMB28 LOWSPEED WINCH ABSTRACT Winch also known as winch mainly used in construction, water conservancy, forestry, mining, port materials such as lifting or flat mop, is a small light lifting equipment with the reel winding wire rope or chain to lifting or pulling heavy loads. JHMB28 type slow speed winch is a kind of typical mine auxiliary transportation equipment. The design idea is first to determine the diameter of the given data parameters of steel wire rope, various size parameters, then calculating drum roll of wire rope, through the given data motor speed and power, so as to select the motor, determine the transmission ratio, then assigned to each reducer to calculate the various parameters, the calculation and parts check the shaft, shaft coupling, brakes and other institutions.
