【正文】 安徽理工大學 畢業(yè)設計 本科畢業(yè)設計說明書 JHMB28 慢速絞車設計 DESIGN OF JHMB28 LOWSPEED WINCH 學院(部): 機械工程學院 專業(yè)班級: 機 設 091 學生姓名: 付 強 指導教師: 姜志明高工 2021 年 6 月 04 日 安徽理工大學 畢業(yè)設計 I JHMB28 慢速絞車設計 摘要 絞車又稱為卷揚機 ,主要運用于建筑、水利工程、林業(yè)、礦山、碼頭等的物料升降或 平拖 ,是用卷筒纏繞鋼絲繩或鏈條以提升或牽引重物的輕小型起重設備 。 JHMB28 型 慢速絞車 是一種典型的礦山輔助搬運設備。該型絞車主要適用于煤礦井下有煤塵或爆炸性氣體環(huán)境中在傾角小于 30176。的巷道牽引重物以及采煤工作面液壓支架的撤移、調向和搬運之用。 本次設計的思路是先以給定的數(shù)據(jù)確定鋼絲繩的直徑參數(shù) , 而后計算卷起鋼絲繩的卷 筒的各個尺寸參數(shù) ,通過給定的數(shù)據(jù)推出電動機的轉速和功率,從而選擇電動機, 確定傳 動比 ,再分配給各個減速器計算其各個參數(shù), 最后計算及校核各軸、聯(lián)軸器、制動器等機 構零件。 本文主要闡述了慢速絞車的發(fā)展和對慢速絞車的具體設計以及零部件的選用過程,本次設計中 把兩級齒輪分別裝在電動機和卷筒的兩側,使結構緊湊 ,外形尺寸小 ,減少底座材料的使用降低了成本 ; 成長條形,底座呈雪橇狀,實現(xiàn)了可移動性,運轉平穩(wěn),安全可靠,操作方便。 由于該機器用于礦場上 , 所以必須具有一定的防爆能力, 故而 選用防爆電動機代替原來的鼠籠式電動機 ; 絞車主要采用齒輪 蝸桿傳動系統(tǒng)傳動,包括圓柱直齒輪傳動和圓弧蝸輪蝸桿傳動。蝸桿用軸向剖面為圓弧形的砂輪進行精加工,可獲得較高的精度,具有承載能力大,傳動效率高的優(yōu)點,被廣泛用于冶金、礦山、化工、建筑、起重等機械設備中。 關鍵字:慢速絞車, 圓弧蝸輪蝸桿減速器,防爆電機,結 構緊湊 安徽理工大學 畢業(yè)設計 II DESIGN OF JHMB28 LOWSPEED WINCH ABSTRACT Winch also known as winch mainly used in construction, water conservancy, forestry, mining, port materials such as lifting or flat mop, is a small light lifting equipment with the reel winding wire rope or chain to lifting or pulling heavy loads.
