【正文】 攀枝花學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) 水性聚氨酯涂料的制備及性能研究 學生姓名: 蔣 治 國 學生學號: 202110904010 院(系): 生物與化學工程學院 年級專業(yè): 2021 級應用化學 指導教師: 范 文 娟 助理指導教師: 常 會 二〇一四年六月攀枝花學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) 摘要 I 摘 要 現(xiàn)代涂料的發(fā)展方向是高效能、高性能、無公害、高環(huán)保、低污染、節(jié)能且符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、和甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯為單體,用乳液聚合的方法合成了一種可光固化水性丙烯酸酯樹脂乳液,與亞硫酸氫鈉封端的MDI 混合制備了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂料,考察了反應溫度,乳化劑,攪拌速率及單體配比等對乳液聚合的影響,研究了丙烯酸酯乳液與 MDI 的配比對漆膜性能的影響。用紅外光譜 ( IR ) 分析了共聚乳液的結(jié)構,用差示 掃描量熱儀( DSC)測試了共聚物的熱性能。結(jié)果表明: 在 80℃ 時,加入 1gOP10 和 十二烷基硫酸鈉在 150 轉(zhuǎn) /分的轉(zhuǎn)速下,各個單體配比合成的乳液性能最好。 關鍵詞: 丙烯酸酯,異氰酸酯,乳液聚合,封端 攀枝花學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The development direction of modern paint is a high performance, high performance, non pollution, high environmental protection, low pollution, energy saving and sustainable development In this thesis, butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, and methyl methacrylate as monomer, by emulsion polymerization to synthesize a kind of light curable waterborne acrylic resin emulsion, and Sodium Bisulfite terminated MDI was prepared by mixing aqueous polyurethane acrylate coatings, the reaction temperature, emulsifier, stirring rate and the molar ratio of monomers on emulsion polymerization of acrylic emulsion, and the ratio of MDI on the properties of coating. Using infrared spectroscopy (IR) analysis of the structure of copolymer emulsion, using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal properties of the copolymers tested. The results showed that: at 80 ℃ , adding 1gOP10 and twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate at 150 rpm, each monomer film performance is the synthesis of the best.
