畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題目名稱:萘 甲苯、二甲苯 溶液密度 和 粘度的測定 與 關(guān)聯(lián) 院系名稱:材料與化工學(xué)院 班 級: 應(yīng)用 化學(xué) 071 學(xué) 號: 202101534118 學(xué)生姓名: 張永輝 指導(dǎo)教師 :崔鐵兵 楊海燕 2021年 06月 萘 甲苯 、 二甲苯 溶液的粘度測定與關(guān)聯(lián) Viscosities and densities of (naphthalene + toluene) and (naphthalene + xylene) mixtures from K to K 院系名稱: 材料與化工學(xué)院 班 級: 應(yīng)用化學(xué) 071 學(xué) 號: 202101534118 學(xué)生姓名: 張永輝 指導(dǎo)教師 : 崔鐵兵 楊海燕 2021年 06月論文編號 : 202101534118 中原工學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文 I 摘要 萘作為精細(xì)化工的重要原料,需求非常之大。 粘度和密度是化工設(shè)計(jì)和過程優(yōu)化中不可缺少的基礎(chǔ)物性和熱力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),在流體流動、動量傳遞以及設(shè)計(jì)反應(yīng)器大小方面至關(guān)重要。密度、粘度應(yīng)用廣泛,而萘的物性數(shù)據(jù)極其缺乏,因此需對其密度、粘度等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測定。根據(jù)萘在甲苯以及 二甲苯 中的溶解度大小和外界溫度的大小,本文測定了萘 甲苯,萘 二甲苯 兩個二元混合體系在 ~ , 質(zhì)量摩爾濃度分別在 0 ~、 0 ~ 。密度、粘度的測定方法較多,本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所研究的混合溶液的密度是用 25ml 的比重瓶在恒溫條件下測定,粘度采用烏氏粘度計(jì)測定,恒溫水浴的溫度波動控制在177。測出的兩個二元體系的密度、粘度隨質(zhì)量摩爾濃度的增加而增加,隨溫度的增加而降低。計(jì)算出了 分析 密度、粘度與溫度、溶液組成間的關(guān)系,并VogelTamman Fulcher(VTF)方程進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián),得到方程參數(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差 ARD、 平均相對偏差 SD 值。 關(guān)鍵詞: 萘;甲苯; 二甲苯 ;密度;粘度 中原工學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Naphthalene as fine chemical and important raw materials, demand is very and density of chemical process design and optimization of the indispensable is basic for the physical properties and thermodynamic data, in the fluid flow, momentum transfer, as well as the design of reactor size is essential . Density and viscosity have a wide range of applications, and naphthalene data were extremely scarce, so it is necessary to measure its density and viscosity. According to the solubilities of naphthalene in toluene and xylene and the surrounding temperature , In this paper, the densities and viscosities of naphthalene + toluene and naphthalene + xylene mixtures have been measureed in K ~ K, naphthalene molality, respectively, in 0~,0~ mol/kg. There are many methods for measuring the density and viscosity , in this study ,I have measured the density of mixed solution with 25ml pyometer capillary temperature conditions in the determination。 the viscosity with intrinsic viscosity, constant temperature water bath to control temperature fluctuations 177。 K. For the density and viscosity of the two binary system, I have drawed a conclusion that when the molality increase, the density and viscosity increase 。 with the temperature increase, contrarily, the density and viscosity will decrease. Meanwhile I have calculated the relevance among analysis of density, viscosity , temperature and the position of the solution, also I have used VogelTammanFulcher (VTF) equation for correlation, and obtaind the equation parameters and ARD, SD values.
